We stayed at Bewleys Newlands Cross for 1 night before getting the ferry the next morning. The hotel is now getting a bit tatty and could do with some refurbishment. It is a very busy hotel and, even though we requested a quiet room, our sleep was constantly disturbed by banging doors and noisey people in the corridors. Staff are... More

I have stayed here a few times over the years, but haven't been here for a while. Room was comfortable but spartan like in terms of decor and contents. 2 teabags, 1 bath towel. 2 glasses. This was a family room with 3 staying. All in all not a hotel I will return to in a hurry. Lots of other... More

We've stayed at this hotel for an annual event for 2 years now as a family, and I've used it for both business and leisure several times previously. The rooms are comfortable, although the bathrooms are starting to show their age a little, with the shower/bath tap which only allowed the shower to be used and enamel chipped off the... More

At first impression hotel looked nice ..but soon as we got to the room the place started to look shabby .The corner of room up near the roof looked mouldy or at least very dirty. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Arrived to bar for evening drink and food it was very understaffed granted it was busy .waitresses were very friendly... More

Rooms are big, clean and modern, good bathroom, free wi-fi. Less than 30 min to Dublin airport (shuttle), a bit longer to the towncenter by bus (Eu 3.05 oneway). Supermarket and pharmacy vis-a-vis. So far so good if it wasn't for the staff. It is clearly a hard job to handle the arrival of several coatches of tourists the week,... More

I have never come across the most mean spirited breakfast setup in a hotel. Only allowed one of this one of that, it's ridiculous. Where most hotels serve up a buffet of all what they offer, here we're treated to a penny pinching exercise. Queuing up with our exact measure of one sausage, one egg etc., and the soggy toast... Ok so the location and price are excellent. The hotel is centrally located in Dublin area to visit the city, tayto park, national aquatic centre, Dublin zoo ,beaches and Phoenix park. The room was a great size for us (2 adults, toddler and baby) there was a seating area and reasonable bathroom. The coffee supplied was fab and the room... More
