I had been charged in full 4 days before arriving to Dublin. The hotel decided to charge my EUR Visa card in Russian Rubles without any notice. Due to double currency conversion the price had been increased by 7% . I called the hotel immediately, but receptionist could only respond me he not able to reverse it. My room was... More

We stayed in a bedroom at the back of the building, it was warm, clean and tidy. Very good location for small feet to discover Dublin! Staff were friendly, and helped us find our way around. Room was quiet at night. No noise from the hostel or roads reached us. To, shower & heating all worked fine.

Hotel is central, a bit run down but OK for a budget hotel. If you can afford to pay extra for a better hotel I'd recommend you to do that. Also my room faced a very busy street so there were constant noise from cars but also from passers by all through the night. If you are staying there in... More

The airline bus stops right across the street, the hotel is very secure with the door bing buzzed open by reception. Reception staff all very helpful and friendly. Location is good 5 minutes walk from O'connell street where there are plenty of places for breakfast so we didn't eat in. Our room 503 was clean and comfortable with plenty of... More

Stayed a few days and although the booking site says that they may take the first night from your card they actually take every night. €15 a night to stay in a very cramped 20 bed dorm and you have to pay an extra €4 ( 2 very small eggs and 2 slices of toast). Shower/toilet in the basement is... More

Stayed here with 2 friends from 27th feb for two nights. We had a room for four with a bathroom. We were charged 364 euros for two nights, which is daylight robbery for the state of the place and lack of service or politeness from staff. Not helped upstairs with heavy luggage. The toilet came away from the wall when... More
