The location of the Hotel is great if you like to be in the party distict of Dublin. The Hotel in general was ok. Nothing fancy, helpful personal etc. What bothered me a little was the attempt to sell the breakfast at check in at a minmal discounted rate compared to the rate you pay when you actually go. If... Stayed in this hotel for one night. So central to all main nightclub and bars and also shops and restaurants ( next door to Hard Rock Cafe) People complain of the noise from downstairs I had no problem sleeping. Buskers is a great stop with lovely cocktails and great music. I would definitely recommend to stay!

From the front and reception desk it looks 5*, the staff were polite and friendly but the room (115) was a bit tired. The barrels start getting loaded in to the cellar at about 6 each morning which can be a bit noisy. Other than that we had a great weekend.

All ages can enter and enjoy. The music is great. The atmosphere is energetic. A real little gem worth taking in. The place is fairly large and busy but do try to get close to the stage if you can. They have more than 1 set of performers so stay for a while or comeback often.

A very basic hotel, which is not a negative thing, as there is so much to do in Dublin, it was just somewhere to rest. Stayed here as our usual hotel was fully booked, but was not disappointed. Overall a decent hotel in a great place.

The staff were very helpful and polite bar one lady at the desk who was quiet uncaring. You are warned about the street noise but we were on the second floor corner room and that wasn't a problem. The room was fine if a bit expensive for what you get. What was a problem was the generator outside that was... More

My Friends and I stayed here recently and couldn't have been happier with the service, location or the quality of the rooms within the hotel. Upon arrival we were earlier than expected however it wasn't a problem for the staff as they were extremely prepared with the rooms available for us an hour or so earlier. Each member of staff we... Perfect place for fun, laughter, location, location, location! Surrounded by many Irish pubs..a Mexican restaurant is nearby with awesome chicken wings..this hotel is perfect for family reunions. Location is good. Rooms are comfortable and spacious WiFi reception was low. The cleaning lady was not changing my towels and I had to tell reception every day. The phone in my room was broken and in the 4 days I was there, still was not fixed.

The location is great and at first the hotel seems like a winner. There are 2 restaurants attached and free WiFi. The desk staff is very nice. The room temperature was comfortable and the windows provided a lot of light. But the in-room details really take away from the experience. We had a triple room, which contained 3 twins. Two...
