I am a part time student travelling to dublin each month for college and I stayed here recently. I booked online with my laser card and when i got to the hotel to check in I asked the receptioist to take the balance of the room from the laser card i had booked with as I did not bring it... More

Good Afternoon Jennifer, I wish to reply to your email of 23rd inst. Firstly our booking engine is operated by In1 Solutions and not by the hotel itself. They take the card for guarantee purposes but we only receive the first 4 and last 4 digits of a credit card and no number for security reasons from a laser. In... More

There nothing good I can say about this place! What you see on the Internet is not what you will be getting! The lobby is the nicest thing in the hotel. Service horrid, bar and restaurant ran out of food and cut of service mid day. Low to zilch water pressure, poor amenities! In the middle of bar central and... More

I travel to Dublin quite a bit and my usual hotel upped it's prices from E50 to E65 a night so I went in search of an even better bargain. Less than five minutes away I found The Central Hotel for E50 a night. It's not as slick as my previous spot, but I save E15 a night and I'm... More

This hotel is the perfect place to see the city. There is a bus stop around the corner, and you can take the 16A bus from the airport for 1.30 euro (to the airport 1.60). GREAT deal. If you are doing any of the tours that leave early from the tourist center, it is only a 3 minute walk to... More

I stayed here three times. After a one night stay with lots of noise from local bar, I asked for quiet room and had a great few nights. Then, last summer I got another great deal to stay with my teenage son and I can't remember the room but it put me off this otherwise great hotel forever. My son... More

We have just returned from a week long stay in Dublin, we started our week at the Jurys Inn, Christchurch but moved after 2 nights due to the tiny bed. Luckily they were able to fit us in at the Central and we settled into the rest of our holiday. We stayed in room 215, very spacious with a huge... More

I've booked it at a good price on Internet few weeks before. Unfortunately, the room was much more expensive on the check-in day! One of the very rude person told me they can do the price they want and threaten me to increase it more if I complain again. It was easter break, everything else was fully booked, so no... More

This Review is totally untrue. The actual price for 3 night stay was €277, if they had booked it that day it was €307. The lady came to desks saying that rate for double room was €65 per night, i tried to explain nicely that there is no way we would have ever advertised this rate over the Easter period.... More

This is essentially a very ordinary hotel in a fantastic location. If you are looking for somewhere clean to sleep bang in the middle of Dublin without being worried about a stylish, spacious room then this fits the bill. My single room on the third floor was modern, characterless and cramped. The en-suite was similar, though with a good shower.... More

The location could not be more perfect! Decent room, bath was lovely. The hotel and bar and seeped in character, so that was more of what we were looking for in choosing this place. The room was not outstanding, but good. More
