Stayed here after a Christmas party and got a really great rate on a twin room. The room was average size, the beds are quite cosily arranged beside each other but theres plenty of space overall. Clean and comfortable, the bathroom was spotless with a nice big shower and loads of hot water. Yes it is a little bit noisy... More

Room was very quiet ( as requested ) clean, tidy, warm and confortable. Enjoyed a few drinks in the lounge. It was a great experience and much shopping done by my wife

I know the Library Bar in the Central Hotel very well but this was the first time that I'd stayed there. It's a nice, old-fashioned hotel located in the centre of Dublin. The room was a good size and it was clean and tidy. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the price was very reasonable as I stayed... More

Stayed here for 3 nights with family and student group. Pros: central location, near taxis, public transportation and restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and smooth and they have elevators. Breakfast was fine although I did not pay so I don't know if it was worth the cost. The detractors for me were loud neighbors, lots... More

Not my first time staying here and the place hasn't changed much. Location is great. Staff are friendly. The place is noisy. I won't stay here with my kids but this was a lads weekend, so it's perfect. If the windows were updated (double glazed maybe?) it would at lease block the street noise. Also the shower pressure is really... More

My daughters and I stayed in a two bedroom type room. It was very comfortable with a newer bathroom and the rate are quite reasonable. The location was very convenient to walking around downtown Dublin. There is a nice pub right next door to relax with a pint. The wifi was good in our room and throughout the hotel.

The hotel is in close proximity to the Grafton Street shopping area and many of the city's bars and restaurants including those in the Temple Bar area. While the location is perfect for shopping and wining and dining the problem is that Dublin can get pretty noisy at night and, if you are a light sleeper, a hotel further out... More

The room itself was small compared to US hotel rooms (which we expected). It was clean and comfortable, although we had some trouble figuring out the power and light switches. The shower was not big, but again this was expected. The hotel itself was beautiful and the restaurant had tasty food and very helpful staff. Everyone was very friendly and... More

We, a family of four, stayed in this hotel for four nights. We had some trouble with one of the rooms we were given - which was stuffily hot and not very spacious - but management was very correct and for the remaining nights we were given another, much cooler and much more spacious room. The other amenities were entirely... More
