Airport bus stop right out front was nice. The walk to downtown was a bit long - about 20-30 minutes depending how fast you wanted to walk. But there was food/stores/sights to see much closer to the hostel. The rooms were clean and decent sized. We are a family of 5, so ended up in 2 rooms. The rooms were... More

We spent 3 nights in the Harrington House Hostel. Staff was really nice and also the area was quite central. Unfortunately it's really loud. You always hear when a door was slammed and when people were talking in the hall. Also, you just have hot water for a certain period of time, which is really annoying when you get home... More

We spent 2 days in the Harrington House Hostel and we are definitely not coming back. Is not worth all the money spent: hot water just in certain hours of the day,Old facilities, the breakfast is really really really and.... really poor. The only good news were the lady at the reception who was welcoming and helpful and the position... More

I had a nice stay at the Harrington House Hostel. The staff was very nice! The room and bathroom was very clean. The location is great. Very centrally located and it's very easy to get to and from the airport. At times the other guests could be a bit noisy, also because the wood floor creaks. Although, the guest were... More

We enjoyed our trip to Harrington House. The staff was friendly and helpful. They checked us in early. The breakfast was very good. The common areas were clean and comfortable. The price was very good. It was within walking distance of St. Stephens Green, Shopping, Cafes, Trinity College, the National Museums, and other attractions.

A nice, clean and friendly hostel in a convenient position to visit Dublin and easy to reach from the airport with the bus (number 16). I stayed there one night in May in a room on the first floor. It's a hostel, not a five star hotel, but it is clean, friendly and very convenient. The staff were very helpful... More

It is well located, near the city centre and with a bus stop (16 - airport bus) in front! But the room was very small and the hot water was limited to certain times of the day... The beds were confortable and it was very quiet at night. The breakfast was just toasts and cereals.

The hostel was just average. Not really centrally located. A good 20 minute walk from central Dublin. Room was okay - old fixtures and fittings. No hot water during certain times of the day (indicated on bathroom door) which isn't really acceptable. Breakfast choices very limited - only toast and cereal. Free internet available although should have been time limited... More
