the location of this place is great, and they did provide parking at 8 euros a day if you have a car. all the people that worked there were really nice and super cool. the breakfast was really crappy. we had a private double room which was fine, (actually pretty big and had a nice window), but the shared bathroom... more

Litton Lane Hostel is located right in the centre of Dublin, just two minutes from Temple Bar. It's a cool place to stay. We (group of 8) stayed at Litton Lane for three nights. There was free breakfast included, and you could use the kitchen for cooking whenever you wanted, which was a really nice gesture and a cheap way... more

Warning! You will get bitten by bed bugs. The whole hostel is infested with bed bugs! I had 60 bites and stayed there one night! they contacted me and said that they steamed cleaned the mattress! what a height of cheekiness. The whole building has to be chemically cleaned! Also, I have found out that from www.hostelworld.com website that at... more

This was the first time i'd stayed in a hostel so i didn't really know what to expect and i thought it was fine. The common area was a good social spot and we stopped to chat to a few people who were staying there at different times. The location was very good, a short walk to Temple Bar, O'connell... more

Needing to book a hostel for a bank holiday weekend, I had little other choice than this place, since my first 3 choices were booked already. This place really pushes you on how they used to be a recording studio and all the big names who once recorded here - well, I think it would have been better of if... more

My girlfriend and I stayed at the hostel this last week. The location was really good, right across the river from temple bar and on one of the hop on hop off stops. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The sleeping was difficult, with paper thin rooms and windows facing into an alley with the bar made sound sleeping... more

I had read some pretty bad reviews about Litton Lane Hostel in Dublin, but when I arrived there, I found the person at the front desk very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious (it was an 8 bed female dorm), the bunk beds were pretty comfortable and not too low. The room was decently clean, the bedding smelled like... more

What an absolute shambles. We might have well have slept rough. Stayed for 2 nights at the end of May and I can honestly say I've never witnessed such bad facilities. One shower 'working' on 3 floors isn't ideal, the beds were like sleeping on concrete and on my second day two sinks were full of vomit (not the hostels... more
