I stay here fairly regularly. I work part of the time for a firm Dublin and self fund my accommodation when I'm in town, so value for money is pretty important to me. Obviously the hotel is at the start of a renovation process and I'm sure that it will be impressive when this is completed. As it is now,... More

I stayed here for one night. Its a very basic Hotel handy for concerts to 3 Arena. The rooms are standard, well heated. Had a problem with the old fashioned telly, was flicking through channels and never realised that one of the channels was a movie one that had to be paid for if viewed. There was no sign or... More

This hotel was well below our expectations. It was not easy to find because apparently it changed names recently and no one we asked knew it by the new name. Nothing has been done to improve this hotel in a very long time. We stayed 2 nights in early October. Positives: there is underground parking for a charge; there is... More

I've stayed here for 3 nights as part of a sport team. The rooms have some noticeable wear & tear, but everything functional. The beds are big enough but new mattresses are needed. Hotel location is within a walking distance to downtown. Breakfast choice is very poor. Staff friendly & helpfull.

The rooms are small, poorly lit/ventilated and out dated. Worse yet are the staff. I asked at the front desk if there was a bus service nearby, the man at the desk just shrugged at me, so I asked about taxis again he shrugged at me. I asked him did he have any information about how I could reach my destination... More

Stayed here as it was close to the 3Arena. We were given a smoking room which was very overpowering, had to open all windows when we entered. Room itself was only ok, ripped carpet, broken bin and shelf. Staff were helpful enough. Had 1 drink in bar. Didn't eat much breakfast. The waiter dropped a knife on the ground when... More

Central location in Dublin with easy walk to Temple Bar area and Trinity College. The hotel is clean and nice with spacious rooms, nice bathrooms, and delicious breakfast. You won't get a better value for your money elsewhere. I would definitely stay here again.

Booked my trip well in advance of arrival. Received no confirmation of this booking and didn't know how much I had to pay. Rang the hotel 5 times altogether and emailed 3 times just for them to send me a confirmation and never received anything. Spoke to an individual on the phone and he was very rude and hung up... Stayed here for one night. The hotel is in a good location, that about it. Hotel was very dated and prices were a little high for what it was. The bar was empty manned by one person, food was very processed as well. Everything was dated about the hotel and it just seemed very run down. Wouldn't stay here again.

The Hotel was clean and reasonable for the price we paid. Bufett breakfast was okay. Good location pretty much in the centre of Dublin city. Only real complaint was the smell of our room as it smealt rather smokey and stale.
