Booked my trip well in advance of arrival. Received no confirmation of this booking and didn't know how much I had to pay. Rang the hotel 5 times altogether and emailed 3 times just for them to send me a confirmation and never received anything. Spoke to an individual on the phone and he was very rude and hung up... Stayed here for one night. The hotel is in a good location, that about it. Hotel was very dated and prices were a little high for what it was. The bar was empty manned by one person, food was very processed as well. Everything was dated about the hotel and it just seemed very run down. Wouldn't stay here again.

The Hotel was clean and reasonable for the price we paid. Bufett breakfast was okay. Good location pretty much in the centre of Dublin city. Only real complaint was the smell of our room as it smealt rather smokey and stale.

We stayed here for a night in a double room, the room itself was clean and beds comfy but that was it!!... Couldn't get fed in the bar without a reservation which we were not told about even though there was only about 10 people there, never heard of having to reserve a table for bar food before we were... Myself and a friend stayed here for a night while we were at a show in the 3 Arena. It's a good location for the Arena as it's only a 15 minute walk away and it's right beside the Bord Gais Energy Theatre too. This hotel was pretty hard to find, even with Google maps. You don't realise it's there... More

This hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the quay, restaurants, pubs and shops. The hotel is clean and the rooms spacious. Breakfast is buffet style and plenty of choice with fruit, toast, cooked and cereal. Reception is friendly and helpful and the hotel has free wifi. The rooms are a bit dated and the tv doesn't have much... More

Twin room with two double beds so no complaints with our room. Pretty good value for the price we paid. It was a little bit of a walk to the main city centre but no big deal. Can't comment on breakfast or meal facilities as we eat in the city centre in the two days we were there. Nice bar... More

This hotel was run down, dirty, and expensive. We were put in a smoking room that was almost unbearable, and could not move due to the hotel being full. I felt disgusting sleeping in that bed. The carpet was ripped and stained and the sheets felt unclean. Do not stay here.

Spacious rooms and good location: the main attractions like Trinity College, Temple Bar, etc. were all within walking distance. The second night we had to move to a different room at 1AM. In return, the staff offered free Irish breakfast's for the rest of our trip which was perfect and delicious! One disadvantage was that you had to pay in... More

We stayed here as part of a family vacation to Dublin and London. It was a 20+ minute ride from the airport and the location was not terrible as we did ALOT of walking all over to get to some of the sites and attractions. The staff could have been a little more courteous at the desk but generally they... More
