My friends and I caught ourselves without any accommodation whilst travelling around Ireland. The only semi decent hotel we could find in Dublin was the Pearse hotel, which is the greater scheme of things wasn't too bad of a choice considering it was only like $70 Euro a night for a pretty decent sized room with a king bed. I stayed 1 night, the staff were pleasant and friendly, the bar and restaurant were modern but the rest of the hotel and its rooms are very dated and need to be updated, the breakfast was very basic and self service.I dont think I would stay here again. More

Just back from 2 nights B&B here. As has been said, location and value is good. The staff are friendly. The rooms are clean although are in need of a face-lift. Work carpets, slashed arm chair, fittings in the bathroom not attached properly. The signage is still up from the holiday inn. Showers temperature impossible to control, hot one minute... More

Got a really good deal for this hotel so decided to give it a try. The hotel is well located with a secure car park in a fairly quite area. The room was clean and bright. Looked newly painted. The bathroom was very clean right down to the shower door. The shower was lovely with good power. The staff I... More

An easy to find hotel in a quiet location, friendly staff and comfortable room. If you are self-driving a carpark facility is available at a reasonable cost. Do try their full Irish breakfast! More

I stayed here for two nights with family. There were three adults in the room with plenty of room. Close to downtown. Breakfast was very satisfying. Staff very helpful. Would definitely stay there again. More

The hotel was very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. If you had a question they could not answer, they would research and get back to you with an answer. The brasserie served very good food and drinks. Two of the servers that we were especially impressed with were Oskar and Locis. The concierge (Catherine) was very knowledgeable... More

The room was spacious and clean. It wasn't expensive for a city centre hotel, which was surprising because everything else in Dublin seemed really, really expensive. The brasserie in the hotel served good food and decent cocktails and breakfast was plentiful. Not much more you need! More

Stayed in several Dublin hotels before and this is best one yet without a pool. stayed for 1 night with 2 kids. Close to city centre. Best food in town and reasonable! Brillant staff, very helpful. Rooms comfortable. Only downside wifi charges and breakfast tea was cold! Would still come back again regardless. More

I stayed here for a few nights in late March. First of all the plus points: - price was good, rooms were comfy & clean - bathroom was huge, staff friendly and it is very handy for the main tourist sites - Trinity College is a 5 minute walk, St Stephens Green / Grafton Street about 10-15 minute walk.
