Location is great for shopping, museums, tourist attractions, nite club in hotel. I visited The Jackson Court Hotel for one night with my partner. We were looking for a good location, clean room and a good nights sleep. We stayed in a very basic small, clean double room, the wardrobe space was above tea and coffee facilities. My partner asked... More

We checked in late in the evening, and first surprise was that there was a night club inside the dining room. Reception was remade into a cloakroom and we were checked in by two security guards who seemed unsure about what to do. Our room on the second floor was so loud it felt like being in the middle of... We booked the hotel through a third party website which had nothing on it to warn us about just how loud it was going to be. We did know about the nightclub but naively thought it wouldn't be so bad on a Wednesday night. We were wrong!! To be fair to the staff they were very honest in telling us... More

Its was clean, lots of space and cater for our needs. The space was very pleasant. The club was good we had a great time in... More

Our room looked almost brand new was clean and serviced daily, staff were nice enough and only about 5 min walk from city centre. However the noise from the night club down stairs and next door was unbearable (club next door I the #1 night club in Dublin) and went until at least 4am, 7 nights a week! Honestly unless... More

We booked here for 3 nights as we wanted a central location in the City Centre to save time on getting to tourist attractions and catching early morning tour buses. Location wise this place is great, the hotel itself is nice enough, the room we had was very small (bathroom door opened against the bed) but was clean and modern... More

This place is actually Copper Face Jacks which is apparently where people go to get trashed on drink but when I came here it was just merry with Irish dancing and even I joined in and I'm not from Ireland yet I was told that my Irish dancing is better than some Irish peoples. It's just like being in an... More

Receptionist was not very helpful. Did not inform us about what time breakfast was etc. Sent us on a bit of a goose chase to find our room. Luckily a friendly male member of staff spotted us and brought us to our room. The room was in new part of building and it was gorgeous. Very clean, nicely decorated. Lovely... More

I checked in late as I was on a work dinner and I was given a key by a disinterested Asian girl called Mrs Judy who sent me to the wrong area of the hotel - I came back down stairs to tell her there wasn't such a room and she just said there was and turned her back. I... More

Great location but that's as good as it gets, the elevator is from the stone age and the hotel didn't have an ironing board because 'they have had incidents', best part though was the drilling and banging outside our room at 830am. Shambles!
