I have to tell you if you get dropped off by taxi in this working class neighborhood at 5:00 in the morning, you are gong to feel put off. The entrance is not grand. It's a tourist office in bad need of paint. You'll have to be buzzed in. But once you get past the office and approach the reception... More

Mixed feelings about this hotel. We hit a warm spell in September and the room was stifling. No AC and no fans (of course there were 3 fans blowing on the desk clerks) and our window looked over an enclosed gap between buildings so no breeze either. The location was quite convenient. We were close to the LUAS and the... More

This lovely little hotel is just the ticket for those on a budget but want great service, location and comfort. The breakfast is the usual Irish fare with a continental and fry. Close to bus and train but also walking distance into the heart of Dublin. The train goes right past the hotel but we didn't hear it at all.... More

Don't be put off by the frontage of this hotel, it looks a bit careworn. Inside it is well decorated clean and well presented. The receptionist was helpful and pleasant offering a map and the WiFi key. The room was spacious with a free safe + free WiFi. My room was at the back and there was a bit of... More

We arrived early but were not allowed to check in until the stated 14:00 but were allowed to park in the underground car park which was good value at 10 euro's per night. The building is quite old as are the furnishings in the room that we had which, though at the rear of the hotel, was still subject to... More

I paid 65 euro for B&B on a Sunday night. Reception was very friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by the room which was spacious and at the back of the hotel with a nice view over a little park. The bathroom was fine and breakfast was not bad either. OK the street is not the best part of... More

I would say that the best thing about the hotel was the location ( not far from the centre and the airport bus stops infront of the hotel). But the lady at the front desk was a little bit rude and didn't seem to know a lot. We have asked for 2 beds and the gave us a king bed.... More

Went for 3 night, the hotel is in a good location to walk round Dublin. However it is by a train line but we couldn't hear the trains in our room. The rooms are nice, especially for what we paid £60 a night. The bathrooms are very dated. The staffs were lovely and friendly. I would stay there again!

First impression was not good as it was situated down a rather shabby street and it was very close to the railway which was very close to our bedroom window. However we found that the service was good and the cleanliness of the room was satisfactory. As it turned out we did not hear the railway and the location turned... More
