Stayed for 2 nights recently with a friend and we both agree will never go back! The reception staff were rude and unfriendly, too busy moving cars around there car park to tend to guests. The room itself... Tiny... Barely fit the 2 of us in there! Did have all we need ie. tv, kettle, bed! The bathroom.. Grubby.. Cracks... More

On arrival our room stank. I don't know if it was that the previous guest had smoked in the room or whether it was the dampness but as we were on a weekend break I decided to leave the window open at all times to help eradicate the smell and move on. Gets worse going forward as after a great... More

This is not a great hotel, but it is very convenient to the Gate Theater which is right across the street. It is easy to get to/from the Subli Airport. They have parking, but it is difficult to get in and out. If you have to leave early in the morning, tell them so they can position your car. They... More

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I was only there for 2 nights on a work trip and can honestly stay I wont be going back ever again. This is the first review I have ever written, that's how mad I am! Firstly the location is terrible, you are on Upper O'Connell street which... More

Reserved a rear 2-bed twin room for 2 people, but were given a large 3 person room - 1 dbl + 1 twin on back of 1st floor (#101) with couch, 2 chairs, several tables, and cabinet to hang clothes & store suitcases. View was of rear parking, but we kept windows closed to keep in the heat as the... More

If you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel right on the edge of the centre of Dublin, walking distance to most of the sights, then this place fits the bill. The staff are very friendly, as befits the Irish ethos, and very willing to help with tourist queries. However...whilst I cannot comment on any of the other rooms, room... More

Stayed at this hotel with my cousin for 4 nights and returned home on the 6th April. This was the second time I have stayed at this hotel. It is good value for Money and our room was on the 6th Floor facing the street. We were only walking distance to O'Connel Street and also for the hop off hop... More

I stayed here for a couple of days for a short break, the location is excellent, the staff are lovely, very friendly and helpful and it was never to much trouble to answer all our questions. All major tourist attractions and shopping areas are nearby, of easy reach by foot around 10 to 15 min. walk. O'Connell street is practically... More
