Very good location. Only 3 minutes walk to O'connell Street. Also we were able to walk to most of the main attractions. on main bus route from airport, good hearty breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend this hotel

Our first night was in a room at the front with single glazing, with a fair amount of street noise. When we mentioned this we were immediately moved to a much better room round the back with double glazing, which also had a safe. Only four stars because of the first room, but we greatly enjoyed our stay - clean... More

Room is clean and modern and it was in a good location but that is the only positive remark I would give this hotel. Upon reading the reviews I was looking forward to the breakfast. To my dismay, The breakfast- average and very salty! Faulty Fire alarm had the guests up and out in the street at 6.30am! No apologies!... More

This was our second stay in this hotel, its good value for money, but not the best of hotels (you get what you pay for.) Staff were all friendly and helpful, our room was clean & comfortable but the bathroom was a bit of a let down. The shower cubicle was very small & tile grouting was a bit scruffy. Some of the... The room we were originally given was very small so we asked for a larger room which we were given for no extra charge. Never hurts to ask. Room included a very good breakfast. Close to tourist information centre and Hop On/off bus stop. However we chose to walk to all of the major attractions in the city and didn't... More

Booked this hotel on the internet. We were 4 girls and the hotel gave us a family room. One double and three singles. The room was lovely and clean and the bathroom was modern and spotless. Nice location, walkable distance to the town and to Temple Bar. Breakfast was also very good. The only downside there were no evening meals... More

The staff was very friendly. They also answered quickly to my emails before the trip. The breakfast was good. It was only a 5 minute walk to the city. No traffic noice provided a room to the back yard.

Anytime I go to Ireland for tour I stay 3 nts prior and 3 nts post tour. I like to get a good night's sleep and insure my baggage also made the trip. The St George is in a great location for walking around in Dublin City Center and trying out restaurants, pubs and the many other experiences that Dublin... More

Several of us spent two nights at the Hotel St. George in Dublin. I was a bit concerned about the possible noise factor, as the building is old, but I slept OK. Each room seems to be a bit different. My single room had a twin bed, night stand, desk & chair, coffee maker, another chair, TV with a few... More
