We have been staying here on and off for a while due to attending clinics in Beaumont nearby. The hotel is convenient and ok for a night. The rooms are all a little dated, we have stayed in various wings and they are all the same. On our first visit we asked for a quiet room - if that was quiet... More

Stayed one night and the room worked as advertised. at the front counter seemed helpful and answered any and all questions. The hotel is situated close to both downtown and the airport. A short ride on the bus will get you downtown and about a ten minute drive will get you to the airport. Room was clean and comfortable. I... More

The staff were great Especially Hugh and the reception team. Rooms were big and clean with comfortable beds.Swimming pool and gym were good. We only had breakfast there which was OK so can't comment on the food. We would definitely stay again.

On our arrival we pulled up to a massive building that needed a lick of paint. Not wanting to be deterred I walked in to reception to be received with a smiling face.(hit and miss on who is behind the counter). Very dated decor but good room size. Didn't need to give a deposit just book which was nice. There... More

We bought a package off Groupon and this was the hotel that came with the package. I was a little scared when I read some of the other reviews but the hotel was great! Its mid point between the airport and the city center. You can catch any bus (16 or 41 bus) on the corner (single ride is $5.40... More

We booked this hotel through Hotel Connexions with a gift voucher. As this is the only hotel in Dublin they use we did not have much of a choice. Something we think they should review. It is situated outside Dublin city centre. It is about a 15 minute bus journey. On arrival the hotel does not look great from the... More

Having used the Regency for two theatre breaks in the past (admittedly a few years ago) we were really looking forward to this overnight stay. Now there were positives: a clean room if a little dated; a very comfortable bed; a very pleasant receptionist. However the meal that came as part of the package was little short of a disaster.... Stayed in this hotel 2 days and found it very basic and the rooms where very dark and in need of facelift the shower curtains in bathroom do not go around properly so be careful not to drown the floor (-: Also what was very annoying was in the morning the cleaning staff doing their rounds were extremely loud in... Responded to advert in Daily Mirror. Hotel was clean and tidy. Breakfast was fine with reasonable choice. Evening meal was included in shopping package. To our disappointment it was served in bar area and not the restaurant. Very average Fayre The staff were all friendly and welcoming. There was a 9 euro charge for overnight parking, Also found that the... More
