We chose this hotel as it had gym/pool facilities, in case the Irish weather was bad, it was kind so we never used those facilities. The hotel is dated, dull and grim. Our room 214 must be the worst, it was small, with a small double bed out of date furniture and an antique tv, it had a small window... More

We had a horrific stay here. I booked into the hotel with my family as I had an exam in Marino on Saturday 06th September & wanted to stay somewhere close & convenient the night before. On the face of it the hotel looks in need of a bit of refurbishment. We booked into our room & I was content... More

I had booked and planned a trip here for a fairly large poker tournament in early September. The event was cancelled by the hotel management at a few hours notice to the event organizer with the only explanation that they weren't making enough money from it. If this hotel doesn't want money from 100+ poker players eating , drinking etc... More

Stayed here paid 90 for a outdated room with a itchy bed, worn out furniture and really bad service, could've stayed 5 minutes up the road in the Northwood hotel for same price and Is 100x better (no joke, avoid this Dive)

The hotel was awful. The service is very bad. The room was very cold, I asked for a heater and my request was just ignored. Was bitten by fleas. My bed was full of that. I had to go to a pharmacy and ask for medication :( i do not recommend this hotel to anyone. It is a bit far... More

Sorry to say did not enjoy the regency experience, when we got there they could not find our booking ,and after I phoned at least four times to confirm.we booked a classic room, the one we were given was a budget room which was ghastly , I went back down to reception and he knew straight away by my face I was... We stayed in a lovely suite with fantastic views of the city - Croke Park and "the Spike." Bar food in the evening was delicious and the atmosphere was lively and entertaining. Buffet breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. It was a real treat and next time we stay we will make... More

The rooms were great although as we were part of a group and had booked a good few weeks in advance we would've liked our rooms to be on the same floor at least food was good but as it was a theatre deal it was a bit hurried but overall good hotel would stay again

We stayed here the last week of August for a little family break. Our room was on the 3rd floor and was refurbished to a high standard.. 1 king size bed and 1 single. Bathroom was beautiful too although not much hot water! The room has a lovely view of dublin city from the window. Staff were friendly and very... More
