We spent 4 days at the hotel. We found the hotel staff very helpful. Unfortunately you do find one or two who don't suit the job. But the majority were excellent. The hotel in parts were a little out dated but we're being refurbished. Our room was at the front and was very comfortable and cleaning staff were great as... More

This is an older property that could do with a facelift, however it seems that this is happening. The room we had was comfortable, clean and bright. There wasn't much in the room but then all the essentials were provided and the rate was not very high. The wi-fi is good and the bar offers a good menu and food... More

I booked a two night break which included breakfast for the family, dinner for adults on one night and dinner for 2 kids on both nights (on the second night the kids meals are free if the adults buy a meal in the hotel). Included also was a voucher for a trip to Dublin Zoo and the hotel provides movie... More

Our room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff was friendly and accommodating. What more could you want? How about an excellent indoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room at no additional cost. This was greatly appreciated after a long flight to Dublin.

We stayed at the Regency hotel recently. We had booked two rooms through HotelClub. The rooms were for two nights stay for three adults and a child. Breakfast was to be included both days for both rooms. On the first morning when we went for breakfast we were refused. At this point we had to produce our documentation, which clearly... More

I came here with my wife and two kids as a stop over for a trip back North to the Tayto Park after visiting Dublin Zoo. I thought I'd bite my lip and grin and bear the pain so as not to annoy the wife by moaning. From the off the hotel is horrendous. It's costing us to Park in... More

We booked into The Regency for 2 nights for a visit to Dublin having read some reviews I was very worried so contacted the hotel twice before arriving to discuss rooms. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Our rooms were on the 4th floor and we're refurbished to a high standard. Don't let the outside of the building put you... More

Firstly it took nearly 5 days to book the trip in the first place with the staff as I wanted to ensure I had a double room that wasn't the economy ones I had heard bad things about on here. One girl was lovely and was answering all queries I needed to know and I then recieved an email from... More

Great location and easily accessible by bus/taxi to city which will take about half an hour Leisure centre is lovely but but tired looking now and making kids wear and buy at €3 each swim hats is a bit ridiculous Rooms are spacious and clean - only downside had to wait ages to get a plug for the bath! Parking... More
