Lovely guesthouse, friendly and welcoming, and a great breakfast. Location can't be beaten, right round the corner from Heuston Station, and walking distance to city centre. Even a tram stop outside, 5 mins into city centre on the tram. Lovely historic part of Dublin, right by Pheonix Park & National Museum too. Highly recommended.
