The hotel is very nice and has a perfect location. My husband and I had a room overlooking the River Liffey. There was a lot of street noise coming in through the windows (which were closed) so if you're a light sleeper, bring some ear plugs. Otherwise, the food was great and the staff, both in the hotel and the... More

The hotel is cute from the inside out! Very cozy. Perfect if you are planning to go out to the temple bar. I think it took us 30 seconds to walk from the bar to the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was our heater, but after calling the desk the problem was... More

Me and my girlfriend travelled down from the North Coast for a brief stay mid-week before we went back to uni, as we're students we didn't want to spend too much in the area we were staying; the Eliza Lodge was great value for money, the beds were SOOO comfortable after such a long trip and the staff were all... This hotel is in an excellent location in Dublin, set in temple bar surrounded by plenty of restaurants and interesting shops. Just across the bridge located in front of the hotel is Jervis street shopping centre which leads to loads of shopping. The room was small but cosy. The view was wonderful overlooking the Liffey river, through the two large... More

We chose this hotel after a lot of research and chose it for the location and views. It definately did not let us down. There was plenty of room for my friend and I even though the rooms are not that large but they make up for it by being renovated to a more modern feel and oh what a... More

My husband & I researched many options for Lodging in Dublin, & we're so glad we picked Eliza lodge! The view from our room is amazing: overlooking the river & bridge. Close enough to Temple Bar but far enough to avoid noise at night. We took a bus from the airport, 6 euros ea, & we bought 2day hop on... More

Really cannot think of anything bad/negative about this place. The location is spot on, as per other reviews we requested a room overlooking the River Liffey and have to say the view was fantastic. Bearing in mind the hotel is slap bang in the middle of Temple Bar we couldn't hear any noise, whether that was down to being at... More

Once again Eliza Lodge provided a great welcome, comfortable rooms, and, good breakfasts. It's not the roomiest of buildings but the bedrooms are fine for what is inevitable in a city with so much going on - a place to crash and get some sleep before the exertions of the next day. Certainly recommend the views from the rooms especially the triple... More

After visiting Dublin many times I found this perfect location. The rooms are clean and tidy with all usual amenities and the breakfast in the Bistro downstairs was fab. The views over the Liffey are perfect with a minutes walk to Temple Bar. For a great weekend away to a fab City this is definitely a great place to stay.

If you want to be in the centre of Dublin city.. book this hotel! It's right on temple bar, where all the action is, and is only a 5 minute walk away from O'Connell street etc where all the shops are. Can't go wrong. The hotel is basic, nothing special but you can't go wrong for 50euro a night, especially... More
