Brilliant location most places within walking distance. You obviously get what you pay for somewhere to put the head down. Great wee pub next door. Wifi was none existant as we were on the top floor but this was explained to me on arrival.

This is a budget hotel, so anyone expecting anything different is quite frankly deluded. The room itself was very basic. The sheets and bathroom (inc towels) were clean however the glasses left a lot to be desired. Also be aware there are a number of stairs to conquer if you are unlucky enough to be given a room near the... More

Together with four other friends we stayed for a weekend in Dublin before going to Bray. We stayed at this hotel but the moment we where there we soon started to regret it. To be fair the hotel is very central located and beneth it there is a lovely pub. But apart from these positive aspects the hotel is not... More

but that would allow us a night in the centre city. This fits the requirement. It was inexpensive and typical for a Quays downtown stay being packed in between all the other buildings in an old city. You'll have to drop off your luggage on the street front and carrying everything upstairs as there's no lift. We did this, checked... More

My boyfriend and I arrived at the Clifton Court Hotel and could not find the entrance we had to go in through the pub below (The entrance is a unmarked black door to the right of the pub) once we got to the reception the receptionist was on the phone. Instead of acknowledging out presence (even with a nod or... More

This is a great Budget priced Hotel which we have always payed a reasonable price for.We stayed 4 nights Thur to Monday. First of all be prepared to walk a lot of stairs! This hotel is like a tall townhouse. We were on the top floor and front facing and the view is lovely looking over the quay to the bars on the other side. The room was small but has everything you need. Kettle facilities which were topped up whenever we... More

Ok so I understand that this place is marketed as budget but I mean come on, it should still be clean, be heated and have working fixtures! Our room was horrible. Pokey, looked onto a dumpster. Towels were dirty, as was shower, mouldy grouting. Didn't bother to shower because you would Come out of it feeling filthy I recon. Kettle,... More

Let us always start with the positive: - great location - great price - accessible to transportation - accessible to downtown - decent size rooms - OK beds in terms of comfort Reading general reviews for this location, I knew it was above a bar in a busy part of Dublin and have to admit that yes there might have...
