This is the second time we have been to this hotel, the reason being that it was good the first time. This year we had a room on the top floor and it was a bit of a struggle having to go 70 steps to our room. It's not their fault that they did not have a lift as the hotel was a... More

We had a room away from the street. Its was ok but simple. We didn't try their breakfast. The room was cold when we arrived, so we turned up the heat. We think the is was a bit pricy for 5 nights compared to London or Paris.. Free wi-fi - quick one.

This hotel is exactly what you pay for - we weren't expecting luxury because we had paid a budget price. You were provided with everything you needed. The room got a little cold at night but that is the only negative I can think of. The location is perfect - just far enough away from the centre so it is... More

It's not a luxury hotel and provided you're not expecting it to be, you won't be disappointed. It's a budget hotel with everything you need for a cheap night. The bed was comfy enough and it's in a good location for the bus station / shops and bars.

Excellent location and good money for value. Maple Hotel is easy to find and the staff members are receptive. The rooms are quiet and clean. I would recommend this hotel to tourists looking for a place to sleep, right in the heart of Dublin.

For my daughter's birthday I decided to give her a trip to Dublin, a city I knew she would like to visit, a perfect escape for a perfect weekend. The city of Dublin is, as we expected, very beautiful, but unfortunatelly we made the wrong choice when we booked a room at the Maple Hotel (75 Lower Gardiner Street). A... More

I really don't understand the other reviews. After reading the reviews I didn't have high expectations for this place and can safety say I was VERY pleasantly surprised. The room was clean spacious and modern, we stayed in number 9 which is at the back so experienced no problem with outside noise. The ensuit was a comfortable size, just what... More

We arrived 4 hours early and they were only to happy to take our bags and mind them so we could explore dublin. Our room was fantastic. Very comfortable very peaceful, very clean. I really dont understand the bad reviews. The shower isnt massive but certainly isnt any smaller than any other hotel. Over all fantastic stay.

This hotel is a very low budget hotel. The staff are very friendly, and polite, but the rooms are dated and well worn. The bathroom looked like it had recently been refurbished and was OK. There are 2 big problems with this hotel, (1)The hotel stinks of tobacco smoke which comes from the bar area, we had a drink in... More

On reading other trip-adviser comment I was expecting the worst staying in this hotel, however this wasn't the case. The rooms were average it would do for a few nights if you want somewhere cheap to stay in Dublin. The only thing i didn't like about rooms were the mattresses as they were very springy. There is free WiFi throughout the... More
