The Aisling is a very central hotel. ideal for shopping or sightseeing around Dublin city centre. the Luas and Heuston Train station is just outside the door!! We found the hotel to be comfortable. Unfortunately my daughter wasn't well when we arrived so we couldn't do very much but we did enjoy some bar food that evening. The food was... More

After looking at the images, especially the outside of the building I was not 100% confident this would be the place for us, how wrong was I. It is a lovely hotel, nice open and welcoming reception with very friendly staff. We had two executive rooms, one with a view to the front, which was nice and the other on... More

This hotel is not right in the heart of the city but for us this was great. Near the park so nice walks round about and trams/buses very nearby mean you are still able to get to all the attractions easily. The hotel itself was clean, modern and well decorated inside. Staff were lovely as well - only negative was... More

I booked and prepaid this hotel through Tripadvisor which actually makes the reservation with getaroom. On arriving at the hotel they had no record of our reservation. The manager of the hotel was very accommodating and found a room for us anyway even though they were full. She tried calling Tripadvisor and Getaroom but was not able to get anyone.... More

Lovely staff, good room, bathroom and amenities. Although clearly not a 5-star hotel, they're trying hard. Wonderful breakfast, great restaurant in the bar area. The tram stops just up the street and that takes just a bit to get to the City centre.

couldn't fault the booking process or the hotel, our room was upgraded which was a nice gesture as it was our anniversary. We had dinner in the hotel which I can also recommend. Extremely friendly and polite staff.

Having chosen Ashling for its proximity to the Phoenix Park and to its LUAS (Dublin tram) stops, we were highly satisfied with it. Yet we were masively impressed with its breakfast's offerings. Just before leaving the area after our breakfast, we were looking at the fresh fruits and happened to remark that there were no bananas on view. The lady... More

We were traveling via Heuston station and wanted to be able to make an early train so we chose this hotel. we found the location perfect and it introduced us to a different area of Dublin. The Luas provided quick access to O'Connell Street. I was easy to walk to museums and the fabulous Cobblestone Pub.
