Stayed here for 5 nights for work. First night people spent 3 hours from 11pm running round drunkenly looking for mates. Now to be fair the area is in the tourist area so is this the norm when on holiday? If so then thats cool and enjoy. This happened on other nights too. First morning spoke to receptionist to be... blooms is in a great location in temple bar. But rooms are very basic. Don't like the work done on the outside of the building at all. Not great facilities in the room but it's ok if going out in Dublin and you only need somewhere to sleep

Checked in about 8pm this evening - 25-02-15. Receptionist barely looked at us while checking us in. A group of french or spanish people were asking about stamps for postcards - she literally rolled her eyes!!! Bar on site is lovely - lots of whisky etc. But so loud.. for about 12 people in the bar no need for huge... More

Me and a group of friends stayed at the Blooms hotel last weekend on a Hen party. On arrival we were pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was. We paid a pittance and expected that to reflect in the standards. However we were very wrong. The rooms were clean and rather larger than expected (we stayed in a room... More

We stayed here on the quieter weekend in February (avoided Valentines Weekend and next weekend the Six Nations Rugby is on). On reading past reviews we asked for a room on a higher floor so we wouldn't be disturbed too much by the revellers outside in the early hours. This was wise as our friends were originally on the first... More

We are regulars to Temple Bar and have stayed here several times. We have stayed in better hotels in Dublin but for the price you cannot beat this location. It's somewhere pleasant to lay your head after sampling the delights of temple bar.

Stayed here Thursday- Sunday. From reading the reviews I was a little sceptical of what to expect but it was defiantly better than I expected. Arrived late and check in was quick and easy and everything explained. Stayed in room 509 which was lovely and clean, although this room was high up I struggled to sleep through the noise coming... After reading some of the reviews we were not expecting much from this hotel but as we were on a hen party we were not too worried. We are a group of girls/boy aged 27 and although we like to party we also like a clean and safe place to stay. I have to stay I pleasantly surprised at the... More

Asked for a quiet room, however we seemed to be right above a night club. Room was vibrating from the heavy bass music until 4am. Hotel was also undergoing renovations, drilling started at 8.20am! Room wasn't very clean either, toe nail clippings by bed. Only plus is location, good place to dump your bag, that's about it.

A great location smack bang in the center of Temple Bar, Hotel staff were helpful and the room was absolutely fine. Clean with a double and single bed in the room. To complain about anything wouldn't be fair, as for the price we paid (£44), the hotel was great value. The only thing I would suggest is that if you... More
