The hotel is rather shabby. The rooms were pretty basic and the shower was horrible. There was no way to control a shower curtain that kept sticking to us as we showered. The location in Temple Bar was however, fabulous. We were there in July during a heat wave and there was no way to cool off the room. When... More

The Location of this hotel is perfect if you are wanting to be right in the middle of Temple bar. The rooms are clean and functional however I would say that they need an update. Beware due to location this is a very noisy part of town so don't be surprised if you are woken by music or noise from... More

5 friends go to Dublin for the guinness, music and a good time, we found it all at Blooms. Very clean and tidy, great location and the cheapest we could find around Temple bar. A bit of noise late on but where it the Temple bar area is there no noise. We have been 5-6 times to this hotel and... More

A modern hotel, probably just under Premier Inn standard, in a perfect location for sightseeing and transport. We had two 4th floor rooms (405 at the front) and 406 (at the rear) and stayed over a Sunday & Monday. The rear room was much quieter although there was bass noise from the live music in the pub below. The front... More

This hotel is in a great location - if Temple Bar is what you are looking for... However, in most other respects, it leaves a lot to be desired. Room was pretty bare and very basic. Bed had seen better days. Décor was functional at best and bathroom was in need of an overhaul to say the least. This may... More

We stayed here for 3 nights and couldn't have been more pleased with the location. 20 mins from the airport and within walking distance to many sights meant we were very happy! The room was a little noisy on the Friday night but it didn't stop us sleeping. What else would you expect from a hotel in Temple Bar?! The... More

We booked this a few months ago through a booking website. Upon arrival we prepaid the two days. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. The room (3rd floor) was tidy, not very large, with a small outdated TV, and an interior of which I could not figure out if it was really old or just retro style. It was however... More

We booked our stay directly on the hotel website. We asked for a quiet room, which I'm happy to say we were given. We arrived before check-in and our luggage was securely stored until our room was available. The room was clean, roomy enough for two people, bathroom well-stocked and clean. We enjoyed the tea/coffee-making facilities and the little treats,... More

What a great city hotel. Right in the heart of Dublin City . Don't let the fact that it's in Temple Bar put you off. Clean rooms with plenty of space. It may become noisy on the weekends but we stayed for 4 nights and had no problems. Very friendly and efficient service from the staff.

To start the plane was early and got to Temple Bar early. Went to drop my bag at Blooms and was delighted to be given an early check in and complimentary welcome drink in the hotels own bar/pub. Hotel staff are great, friendly and polite. The breakfast is reasonable. It's a help yourself buffet and that works well enough for... More
