Cassidys Hotel were very hospitable and accommodating on all of our needs. The staff were able to look up directions on where we needed to go, point out places of interest and also booked a celtic night out for us, all in a timely fashion. Excellent location. Breakfast is great and we even had continental breakfast arranged for us on... More

The staff were very helpful. I thought there was a car park when I booked but because of renovations we had to park 5 mins walk away. The receptionist suggested we brought our bags in for her to watch over whilst we parked up. Our room was quite small but functional. The bed was comfortable. Free wifi took a little... More

We stayed one night of a four night booking at the hotel three weeks ago. The room was stuffy and cramped and the bathroom tired and worn. Staff did not assist us with luggage. Wifi was not able to be accessed despite assurances that it was working. Our room was over a bar and the noise kept us awake until... More

When we arrived we where greeted well and the host at the front desk gave us some useful information but didn't decide to tell us that they where doing work to the hotel or the fact that it was right outside our room! We where woken up very early to the sound of power tools and banging, which you can... More

We stayed with our family in a quadruple and a single room this July. The room was nicely decorated and spacious. Mr. Cassidy assisted us with our luggage to our room and was extremely nice. All the staff were very nice and helpful. We had lovely breakfast in the morning. Only this our room was very far in the executive... More

My wife and I visited Dublin with our 2 children (21 and 19) in mid-July. This was our first visit to Ireland and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We stayed at Cassidy's Hotel on O'connell St. While the hotel was a bit on the worn side it was more than adequate for our needs and centrally located to allow us to... More

My family and I stayed at Cassidys Hotel for four nights in July 2015. It was our first time in Ireland. We arrived on a flight from London and got to the hotel at about 11pm. We were greeted by Damien who was incredibly welcoming and spent ages giving us really useful information about Dublin, how to get around the... More

Great location on the main road through Dublin but at the slightly quieter end which was nice. Breakfast was lovely in the morning and the rooms were very clean and spacious. The front desk were extremely helpful and made sure to show us the places to visit on the map. Buses are only a 5 minute walk away. The rest... More

We stayed for 2 nights and found this hotel fully met our needs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is located within easy walking distance from the town, the river and all the local bars, shops and restaurants. The hop on, hop off busses stop within a... More

We booked well in advance and requested a quiet room at the rear of the hotel because of reports of excessive noise at the front. The room was so far away from Reception were were given a map. The route involved 2 lifts and an underground tunnel - one set of lifts had a really unpleasant smell of wet dirty... More
