Great sized rooms, clean and tidy, friendly and helpful staff. Great selection for breakfast, will go back. Highly recommended. Asked for directions to the tram station and the receptionist got us on the right path.

Would have gave this hotel a better score due to its location & staff but the room let it down its only plus point it was clean but it had seen better days very small not like its photo on its website the shower was old and the seal was black with mould towels where well used and a bit... More

Great location. Nice, clean and tidy. Not the cheapest hotel on my searches but having never been to Dublin I was kean to be central and the location is great! Seems we had a smoking room going by the ashtray and musty smell (this was a down side!) rooms were adequate but a little dated. Breakfast was good although a... More

Visited Cassisys Hotel in Dublin 10th to 14th November. Hotel and staff were superb and so helpful throughout our stay, especially Brian on Reception. On behalf of my wife and myself would just like to say a big thanks to you all. Very highly recommend anybody to visit this lovely hotel. Jim & Ann McCaskell Edinburgh

If you are visiting dublin for the first time this should be your first choice of hotel. Bang in the city centre with a bus stop outside it couldn't be better situated for the shops and sights. The main reason for my excellent rating is the staff who are warm friendly and very helpful. Breakfast goes right up to 11... More

At the top of o'connell street handy for shopping, airport bus, temple bar and sightseeing. Rooms clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast disappointing, no butter, no croissants, Luke warm coffee Check in good as long as you don't get Valentino the trainee as he is quite rude. Would be nice to have some local staff rather than all foreign.

We arrived in Dublin pretty early on an overnight flight from the USA. The hotel was very accommodating when we got there. We were pretty certain that the hotel would not be able to check us in (it was like 10am!) but they had a room ready and let us check in to get us some sleep. That was nice.... More

First the good stuff; great location. close to luas, located right at the top of O'Connell St. Clean room and comfy bed. Now the bad stuff. I was asked to pay the full amount of my stay on ARRIVAL! I have never heard or seen this practice before and it's not like I was paying by some unorthodox method. I... More

A lovely hotel at the top of o'connels street, near the city centre. Excellent facilities in the rooms, with a fabulous Irish breakfast and charming hospitality in the bar area. The drinks were very reasonable and service prompt and professional. The reception area was cosy and the lifts speedy. Would definitely recommend.
