My family stayed here for three nights and loved it! There was no air conditioning, but that wasn't a problem and we kept the windows open all night. We had a beautiful view from our window and the staff was very friendly and accommodating! They helped up plan our day trips and did not mind answering any questions!

I can't say enough about the staff at Cassidy's. Besides being very helpful with check-in and hotel services, they helped us with directions around the city, bus and train schedules and recommendations of tours around Ireland, which turned out to be as good as they said. The hotel was in a great location in the center of the city and... More

Housekeeping were obliging with supplying essentials and always with a smile. reception staff were very helpful and helped with booking event's for me and my family and booking taxis. This Hotel exudes welcome and friendliness. From the minute we walked trough the door the two girls at the desk had a warm welcoming smile and excellently said welcome back to us knowing I was a past guest. The check in was prompt but did not feel rushed and we were well informed on parking facilities - which was far... More

We stayed at Cassidy's hotel for 2 nights after a recommendation from a friend. After perviously searching for hotels online, Cassidys was coming up at a similar price but looked a lot nicer than any of the others. It is a little walk from the main centre of the 'action', however located on Upper O'Connell street which has many points... More

Charming old world ambiance. Staff were friendly and attentive and we really enjoyed our stay. Close to Hop On Hop Off. In the main street of Dublin, close proximity to shops. Very good breakfast. We would highly recommend this hotel.

I picked this hotel based on the reviews here. It was clean and well-kept, although the bathrooms need some updating. The hotel's location is convenient to almost everything, including public transportation. That's why I'm rating it "very good." Otherwise I would rate it "average" because we had a very hard time sleeping due to street noise at night and the... More

We loved Cassidy's Hotel. The Claddagh Suite was a treat for us. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, and the furnishing were top-notch. I loved the sitting area with the tea service, and the velvet chairs were very comfortable. The bath was extremely clean and large. We were rather concerned at being at the front of the hotel with the windows... More

Location is a little out from the centre but the walk in is along the main shopping streets so safe to walk at night. Rooms basic but bathroom in need of updating. Food in the restaurant was good and a fair price, bar area nice to sit in.

We stayed 3 nicht in Cassidy's and we really enjoyed it. The rooms were very nice, the full irish breakfast nice and the service friendly. And the location two steps from O'Connell Street can't be better!
