Wasn't expecting much considering the hotel was in the middle of town but it was amazing. We were in a refurbished room so the shower and everything were brand new! The bar is not too overpriced. The staff were really friendly and helpful especially Andrei and Tomasz on the night shift who kept me entertained whilst i couldn't sleep! I'm... More

Just stayed 2 nights here on a hen do, my friends daughter. The staff throughout the hotel were fantastic. Food brilliant atmosphere warm and welcoming. I decided to have a couple of hours before our departure in the hotel bar reading the papers. However, Kerry v Tyrone had the semi final and the bar was buzzing. At this stage I... More

Beautiful hotel visually, inside and out. Rooms were impressively clean, modern and well sized with flatscreen TV and an amazing walk in shower! Location was perfect for getting around Dublin. The Walk into temple bar was about 10/15 mins down o Connell street. A street filled with restaurants, pubs and tourist shops so you had plenty to look at and... More

Great location. Walk to downtown Dublin. Coming in off the Red Eye from Boston, I fell asleep that night and had a great nights sleep. Our room had 2 beds that were comfy, and the bathroom was nice and clean. Good value for the heart of Dublin.

First impressions of our room were great, it appeared clean and spacious with comfortable beds and a modern bathroom. After taking a shower, I noticed that the hotel had only provided 2 towels for a 4 person room. I went to call the reception to ask for more when I noticed that the room had no phone. We were also... We chose this hotel due to its location and the fact that it appeared to be value for money. We checked in and were given a room on the third floor. Upon entering the room it was immediately apparent that the room had either not been cleaned or had been cleaned by somebody who was completely incompetent. The window had... More

I stayed here for two nights in August 2015. BOTTOM LINE: The hotel has a lot going for it and I’d consider staying here again, but it probably wouldn’t be my first choice. ROOM: They put in 365 in the Executive Wing because I asked for a quiet room when making my booking. As other reviewers have noted, this involves... More

Location is great, on the northern end of O'Connell street. Easy access to the Dublin tour buses. Room was kind of old and tired, and needed some maintenance. We were greeted with a geyser of scalding water coming out of the faucet when we turned on the shower. Fortunately hotel staff fixed that right away. We were placed in the... More
