First of all legends bar which is attached to the hotel is very good for entertainment and is free for the general public to enjoy. The hotel room was awful, my wife nearly got electrocuted from hair dryer, bathroom half tiled, tv was broken and after reporting these problems not one was adressed after two days. I honestly believe a... more

I stayed here for two weeks in June. I was travelling alone and it was my first trip to Ireland. I stayed close to the hotel for the first few nights and had a chance to eat at the restaurant and drink at the bar. Both were fantastic; the meals were great and the servers and bartenders were very nice... more

This hotel is literally across the street from the Dublin Castle and a bus stop for the Dublin hop-on hop-off tour. Walking distance to just about everything else. The dinner and show they put on is fun. The rooms were large, as were the bathrooms, and it was very clean. My only complaint: They charge 1 euro for 8 minutes... more

As a business traveller working in Dublin for the last five months, i've stayed in six different hotels (two north of the river and four south of the river) all within walking distance of temple bar. This one is a nice hotel with the best rooms for the price i've stayed in and the staff were very helpful. I stayed... more

we stayed at the hotel for 2 nights 20-22 June. The rooms were clean and roomy. Hotel conveniently situated and the breakfasts were amazing. The bar at the Arlington - Legends offers a great 3 course meal each evening with irish dancing and great live music. The Lengends of Tara are very entertaining, both witty and great musicians. would reccomend... more

Stayed at the Arlington hotel for 4 nights in June whilst attending a conference at Dublin Castle (opposite). The hotel was very conveniently located for all the main attractions in Dublin. My room was pretty small but was very clean. Unfortunately there was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke in the room but I think this is due to the... more

We have been visiting Dublin on average 5 weekends a year for the last 10 years and seen most of the shows and traditional themes throughout. Of late we had stayed at the Arlington on the river Liffey because of the live entertainment. In March I was unaware that they had bought the Paramount ( Former hotel name)and booked the... more

When visiting Dublin, you must check out the dinner show at the Arlington Hotel Temple Bar (facing Dublin Castle). The food is excellent, the drinks are divine, the band is outstanding and you'll get a kick watching the dancers. Brendan Lynch, the fiddler in the band and lead singer will have you tapping your toes and singing along to familiar... more

This hotel was okay. The rooms were pretty small and it was loud- very loud at night and in the mornings. The tv only had about 5 channels- but i wasn't there for tv anyway.. The hotel was nice though and the staff was helpful and friendly. I might stay here again if I don't plan on sleeping much. (They... more

I took my first trip to Ireland, well Europe really, in early May. There was a total of 11 people on our 5 day trip all of which stayed at the Arlington Hotel Temple Bar. Upon arrival not all of the rooms were ready which was fine because the hotel has a restaurant and bar attached to it. By the... more
