Make sure you know which Arlington hotel you are staying at there are 2 & they are very different. Even the recommended taxi drivers take you to the wrong hotel - even when you say where you are going!! Arlington temple bar hotel, which has advertised itself as having free 7 nights a week entertainment does not. Rooms are very... More

Average hotel but location great. Small room...crowded. Selected this hotel as they advertised Irish dancing and music...but wrongly advertised as entertainment was at the other Arlington Hotel. However, breakfast very good, and hotel is very close to castle and located in city center. Also, bus transport, almost at front door.

Nice hotel, very friendly staff both at reception and in the bar, good cocktail deals!! They have really cheesy evening entertainment - Irish dancing (not great) but the overseas tourists loved it and the music is good.

The Arlington Hotel, Temple Bar is very central to all that this amazing city has to offer. The hotel itself is a friendly warm hotel, serving excellent food, We were on the first floor and in all honesty we were not disturbed by the hustle and bustle from the Main Street below. Dublin City as you may already know is... More

The reason you stay here is it is a decent value, and it is a short walk to the Temple Bar fun. The hotel is pretty plain. No A/C, so very hot on a summer day. Had to leave windows open, so then you get street noise. Old furnishings. Nothing special, but nothing bad.

The Arlington Hotel was worth what we paid to stay. The breakfast was excellent (we did not eat other meals there) and staff pleasant and helpful. There is good evening entertainment (normally a singer with guitar) but the wifi signal in the room was hit or miss.

During our recent trip to Ireland, my wife and I stayed two nights at the Arlington Hotel in Temple Bar District, Dublin. The first night was a Monday night and the second night was a Friday night. Generally, the hotel is a bit well-worn but that is to be expected given its age and price range. The Monday night stay... More

We stayed here for three nights. The first night we were put in a very small room with terrible Wi-Fi signal. When we asked to move too. S for the remainder of the stay, the receptionist was very accommodating (we had booked the first night seperatly originally). The second room was lovely and big, linen was plentiful and clean. The... More

We travel to Belfast, Northern Ireland from Toronto Canada every other year. We have to fly to Dublin, as there are no direct flights to Belfast from Toronto. On our return, we stay in Dublin over night in a hotel, as the flights leave quite early and we would not be well rested, should we try to make the 2... More
