Spent a couple of days here, was in a perfect location, get on the 747 bus at airport and he get off at stop 10 right out hotel, we stayed in room 315 absolutely perfect room but my only gripe is that the double bed was 2 singles pushed together, nether the less it didn't affect our sleep. Breakfast was... More

This hotel is clean and comfortable. It's in a great location and many attractions are within walking distance. Dublin is a fantastic, friendly city and this hotel provides a good base. Breakfasts very good, staff friendly and helpful.

Arrived in the evening on a Sunday, checked in and headed for the bar. Fancied a drink and snack before heading out. Guinness was good, Kilkenny was better. I wanted some crisps or nuts which are not sold at the bar, so yer man behind the bar went straight to the kitchen for us and provided crisps free of charge,... More

The hotel is on the Main Street therefore convenient and accessible. Rooms are basic and kind of tidy but I wouldn't go as far as saying they are the cleanest I have ever seen. A revamp including new curtains, light shades and a lick of paint would make so much of a difference to the rooms. Negative was that the... More

We'd never visited Dublin before, and didn't realise how busy and noisy the Temple Bar area normally is - thankfully, however, the Arlington is just on the fringes: heaven knows how you'd ever sleep if you booked into somewhere actually within the Temple Bar itself. (The local fish and chip shop, Burdock's, stays open until 4 am - enough said?)... More

This is a great little hotel. It is bang in the middle of Dublin, close to the Temple Bar, the Castle, Trinity College etc. The room we had was quite small, but we were not in Dublin to hang around in our hotel room. Our rate included Irish breakfast which was excellent. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone... More

A group of 8 of us stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is in a great spot and ideal for touring the city. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. All our rooms were very nice and cleaned each day. All in our party slept well. Breakfast was really good and the bar service and food was excellent.... More

After a great week heading round Ireland, our last night was in Dublin and were looking forward to seeing the sites of this city I had heard so much about. Had a great time in Dublin but the accommodation sure was a let down. It is in desperate need of Alex Polizzi's help! The reception staff were great, happy, friendly... More

If I was on my gap year or OE I would find this ok. It's pretty old and musty, but clean. Bed comfy. Tatty decor - curtains, carpet, shower curtain. Preferred to be out rather than staying in room! The staff were great, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast pretty simple, but adequate. I will head elsewhere next... More
