All staff we encountered were super friendly and nice however that is where my positives end. We stayed for three nights in one room, left for a few days, and came back for one more night in a different room before flying home. The first room was tiny, and had two twin beds pushed together to make one larger bed.... More

We stayed here for two nights. Clean, warm, very friendly and very helpful staff. We missed out on the sleepless nights or the down and outs. Breakfast was cooked to order and was very nice. We would be happy to stay here again on our next trip to Dublin.

Just got back from an overnight stay here. As everyone else has said the hotel is dated but that reflects in the price you pay, but one things for sure is that it might of been dated but very clean. Very central so we could go to all of the bars around temple street and the morning and evening receptionists... More

Have just returned from a two night break as a birthday treat from my girlfriend Were greeted at the hotel by friendly staff and allocated a room that once we open the door looked very warm and cosyroom was a bit basic but being a Freestar was quite acceptable even though they were broken tiles in the bathroom The view... Have just returned from this hotel after staying two nights as a birthday treat from my girlfriend Was greeted by friendly staff allocated a room with the most horrible view you could ever imagine overlooking a ghetto cell block of flats with all graffiti at the wall The room itself was well equipped and quite cosy and warm We try... Worst service I've ever in countered. Me and my girlfriend (pregnant at the time) went up for a show. Room was grand shower was brutal. Was told music would finish early in the down stairs bar. So went for. For a nite to eat which took soooo long. When we came back we went to bed. Music didn't stop will... More

Extremely central location. Clean, a bit old (especially noted in the bathrooms) but value for money for a couple of days and especially if you are the kind of traveller that leave in the morning and return by night for a good shower and a good sleep. Very very nice breakfast with all very fresh and tasty. Kind and professional... More

stayed at this hotel for a weekend recently to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday. It is ideally situated for the temple bar area and a short walk to shopping areas. Our room was a bit tired looking and had broken tiles in the bathroom and the sink had two big cracks across it. However it was clean and comfortable. We... More

The room was very comfy with room to move which was a bonus, staff very helpful, breakfast great. They have Irish dancing show every night which... More
