Nightclubs on either side of it and under it and inside it, music does not stop until 5 am. You might aswell be in the club while trying to sleep. Sleep you will not be able to get its is a damp, loud overly expensive kip of a hotel. The smell of it is worse than the fact that you... More

The Russell Court is by far the worst hotel I have every stayed in and in my view is not fit for purpose, The bedrooms are shabby with peeling wallpaper, chipped paintwork, stained carpets and broken fixtures and fittings. The rooms appear not to have been refurbished in years. I spent two nights at the hotel (Tues/Wed), my first night... More

I stayed 4 nights in the hotel in a third floor twin-bedded room facing onto Harcourt Street. 50 Euro 'Security' deposit was required at check-in time. Coupled with a statement in the guest information in the room that refers to inspecting the room for damage perhaps says something about the type of guests that may use this hotel. The hotel... More

I booked it very last minute due to my buget it limited and truth is I will never ever live in that crap... More

The room was tiny, no plug near mirror and bad lighting in this area. No air-con in very hot room had to open the window but it was so noisy with the Luas going by and then the club's closing time-hundreds of people hanging round outside making A LOT of noise for an hour at around 3am. Then the people... More

As it would have been unbearable for any longer. I can only concur with all the other reviews. Noisy inside and out until 4am then the trams start at 6am. The room was dated but clean and comfortable. I should have read the reviews beforehand but accommodation was at a premium at the time.

We knew by previous reviews that this hotel was known to be loud ...but, we really had no idea that it housed 3 clubs. So, each night we didn't get to sleep until around 4AM when the music stopped. And then we had the crowd outside our hotel window to listen to for another hour or so. I would not... More

You...will...not...sleep... You...will...not...sleep... Decor was dated but attractive...the room was small but comfortable.., the bathroom was tiny with great water pressure...the breakfast was delicious...the price was great, especially for the location...looking at 3 stars, right?? No way... The noise is unbelievable....when a cabbie picked us up the next morning, his first words were, "You stayed here?" Be wary of an establishment... More

I have just returned from Dublin and am looking forward to a good nights sleep! I have never experienced such noise, which went on until 4.00pm in the morning, before, The earplugs provided did nothing to help The furniture in the (shabby) bedroom was vibrating with the relentless beat of the music Is there not a local authority that vets...
