In the words of Faithless I can't get no sleep. I stayed here on a last minute request from work to be over in Ireland. My normal hotels were fully booked due to a big web conference going on in Dublin. In desperation the office booked me in here. On arrival I was met by a very helpful cheerful receptionist... More

I booked the russell court specifically for the niteclub as we were going to a gig in the 3arena and got a double room for €40 on a website... On arrival, our room was upgraded to a suite. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had read the prior reviews so half knew what to expect. The hotel itself... More

On a pretty street in the center of the city, you wouldn't expect there would be more than 1 disco that thumps into the night until 3:30 or 5:00 am. It is impossible to sleep until the blissful moment when the club closes. Although the lobby is traditional, and already decorated for Christmas, the hallways and rooms are extremely tired.... More

a VERY noisy nightclub lies beneath the hotel to ensure the complimentary earplugs in the bathroom become a necessity until 4.00am! Don't choose this for a peaceful break. Reception staff on the whole unhelpful and offhand. Breakfast delicious - cleaners and staff in the breakfast room friendly and courteous. In the evening the bouncers require evidence of residence to let... More

It's clean if a bit dated. However there are thew nightclubs in and beside the hotel. The noise is so loud they provide ear plugs. The room reverberated with the bass. There were clubbers on the landing outside our room. The queue to get in was all along the street below our window. The noise outside, inside, the hundreds if... More

Good Hotel, all the facilities you need, a little tired but good enough and reasonable value for money. Breakfast great, possibly a little understaffed on the Sunday. The down side for me was it's linked to a few night clubs which go on to the small hours probably 5am? Really popular and as a consequence I was not allowed into... More

We were not looking forward to our stay here having read some of the reviews but we were pleasantly surprised with some aspects of the hotel The reception, dining room and public rooms are lovely- all black and gold with stunning chandeliers and lights, a kind of French Baroque style- really impressive. We were given the key to our room... More

2nd time I have stayed here on a trip to Ireland for the football. Rooms are fine and location great. There is a huge nightclub on the bottom and 2nd floor so if you want a nice quit hotel you will need to stay elsewhere. If you are happy with noise or want to party tot he early hours and... More
