We stayed there with my husband just after good night out in city centre, so we back at the hotel by 3 am, party was over by this time, so there was no noise, but when I checked in earlier on receptionist wasn`t great at all, smell off cigarette, no customer service skills. The only person that was helpfull, was... more

So the experience all started around 3pm when we booked in and went to the triple room (double and single bed would have thought it would be three single beds but silly me!) and discovered there was no water to wash your hands, have a shower, or flush the toilet. They never mentioned that when we booked in... funny that!... more

i recently was missguided by this hotels web site and stupidly booked a room. Yes the photos are lovely and i believe there is a presentable coner of this hovel which looks ok on screen but its certantly not the rooms. Our "room" was above the main entrance and was possibly the worst place in Dublin to try and sleep,... more

We arrived at this hotel on Sat afternoon and upon checking in we were informed that there was no water in the hotel due to a burst pipe out in the street. Receptionist said it should be fixed by the time we got back that night, Left bags in room and headed out for the evening. We got back to... more

It all started to go wrong when we overheard the receptionist tell another party there was no water facilities in the room as there was a problem with the water pressure on the street. Having read other reviews (albeit 2 late) this seems to be a regular occurance this hotel with. We weren't offered this information and when we asked... more

We should have been forewarned when we saw the ear plugs in our room. This hotel is the local hotspot for late night entertainment and it is LOUD. The bar closes around 3:00am and then the party-goers empty into the street. Even with ear plugs and an extra pillow over over our heads, we were unable to sleep. It is... more

Me and my partner staying in this hotel at the end of February, having read about the noise in previous reviews we had requested a room on the top floor, however this did not really help as on our first night the room was so hot we had to sleep with the windows open. The location is brilliant, just at... more

Stayed last December with my wife - very comfortable, spacious rooms although the bathroom was very small and probably suited a hobbit more. Hotel has a super location near to Stephens Green and the Luas - has a great bar which tends to be open rather late with night clubs built underneath as well - doesnt really cause too many... more
