You get what you pay for. Staff on reception have little or no manners and need a course on manners, courtesy, customer service. Bar staff not much better. Bar offers cheap food and drinks and has great outdoor space and was very busy with a good atmosphere. Breakfast staff were polite. Was travelling for business and was placed on first... More

Faboulous hotel to stay in.Great location in Dublin.Excellent food and entertainment .The hotel has 3 nightclubs to choose from. All are free for guest staying at the hotel.Drink and food is very resonable compared to other places in Dublin. This hotel is perfect for people who like to party.

Where do I start with this place . First we arrived at reception to be met by a girl with no manners what so ever . At night time you get no sleep until about 5 am when eventually all the BOOM BOOM from the nightclub finishes . At breakfast I must say staff were nice to us . Then... More

While initial impressions were not great (staff had more interest in speaking to each other than to us), once we arrived to the room we were very impressed. The room itself was HUGE, it had a separate sitting room and a balcony. We were very impressed. We'd come back for sure based on value for money.

The hotel is ok and the breakfast is fine but the noise from the nightclubs is a nightmare. I stayed here for 3 nights and 1 of the nights I checked into another hotel because it was so loud as the noise starts at 2000 right through until 0500. There are many drunk people outside too which is intimidating, and... More

2 female 19-25 stayed between 23rd-25th January 2016. Booked the hotel through booking.com. After booking we were told we had to pay on arrival which was very inconvenient as we had to carry a large amount of cash on us. When arrived at the hotel, staff were less than helpful, handed us the key and told us what floor we... More

Just back from a one night stay. I had previously seen reviews stating about the noise but being young and staying for one night the noise aspect did not bother me at all plus they provide numerous ear plugs in the room. Room itself was gorgeous and the location could not be better, however the heat in the room was... More

It was my third time staying here and the rooms differ quite a bit. They all have the same old fashion look but the size of the room was different every time. It's great if your heading out in Dublin but definitely not for a relaxing stay as the music from the nightclub is pretty loud.
