Had a great weekend with the girls, hotel was lovely however we had booked a triple room and it was basically a double with an extra bed squashed in. The room was also very cold and the only way to heat it was for the staff to bring up 2 oil heaters. Other than this the hotel was lovely, very... More

This is a very good place to stay for the service level. The room we had was on the second floor facing the street over the doorway. The room had sliding glass window inside the original windows set in the wall. they were as leaky as the original set. The blankets were needed to get warm when you first got... More

Viby hotel near all the attractions. Rooms are neat and comfortable. Very difficult to leave the hotel tho! 😉 As it is so comfortable. Nice lounging areas, lovely live jazz at the bar, great cocktails, local beers... What's not to like! Boarders on Trinity College. So all the mayor city attractions is on your door step.

well where do I begin... Breath taking lobby when you first walk in with dramatic pieces of furniture dotted around . We were checked in by Nicole who was superb. As we were celebrating a special occasion we kindly asked for the possibility of an upgrade and Nicole was happy to accommodate. We were upgraded to a court yard room... More

The interior design was the first impressive surprise - one really felt on holiday. Staff at reception very helpful and friendly. Room spacious, tastefully decorated and with all the convenient things one needs. We had the early bird menu, luckily served at 5.30pm that we had enough time for the show we booked in the Bord Gáis Theatre (only a... More

Not up to 4 star standards in a lot of aspects. When I got to my room it was TINY, not suitable for anyone that's claustrophobic very small & window barely opens, I had to change rooms, I got upgraded to a larger room for more Euro's. The larger room had a balcony, but it was clean. the executive rooms... More

The hotel itself looks good on the ground floor and the staff were generally very friendly. Felt the room I was in was quite dated and not as fresh as the ground floor which is nice. Breakfast in the morning was a very standard offering with a big buffet, it was a little chaotic on the service side as well;... More

4 star hotels, need to be better than a good 3 star and this one hasn't been. It's fairly central, just a short stroll to grafton street and temple bar. We're in the 3rd floor overlooking the main road, so we can hear a fair bit of road noise (and kids running up the halls!) Everything is clean, and it's... More
