Stayed here for one night as going to show in Bord Gais Theatre. Hotel is quirky. Nice to sit outside and have a drink and watch world go by. Room was small but clean and modern. Menu in restaurant looked good but I didn't eat there so can't comment. Valet parking great for €16. Nice to be able to pull... More

We stayed here for six nights in July 2015. We arrived from the airport at 2pm and were told our room (standard room without a/c) would not be ready for an about an hour. We ate lunch in the hotel bar (which was pretty good) while we waited. An hour later they upgraded us to one of the Georgian suites.... More

We recently spent two nights in this hotel and would highly recommend it. The staff on reception couldn't be more helpful, even offering us a map of the city. On checking in, we asked for an air-conditioned room, as we understood that not all rooms were. Our allocated room had no a/c but it was no problem to change it... More

Great hotel, walkable to everywhere. Little bit of a hike to Heusten Station....but still less than a 30 minute walk. Quick to Connelley and Bus station, as well as a great many landmarks. Wife and I were based there for 8 nights and traveled all over Ireland while based there. Pretty bar and good breakfast.

Stayed inan Executive Room for five nights, room was nicely furnished and had air conditioning. The only issue on room was no windows except two the were more light skylights. Hotel was nice but a few minor issues that prevents five stars, one the hotel seems undermanned. First Day room was cleaned at 6 PM even though we were gone... More

Excellent location. The staff was friendly and helpful. I stayed in an upgraded room overlooking the courtyard area. It was relatively quiet but I had to keep the windows closed due to the noise from the restaurant and people in the courtyard. Fortunately my room had air conditioning. The room was quite comfortable. There was an iron and ironing board... More

Stated here last night when attending Bord Gais Theater. It is a great location in the City Center. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel is quirky and clean and I would definitely stay here again.

Spent a total of four weeks in Dublin over the past year, and each occasion was in this hotel. The restaurant is very good for breakfast, typical buffet but everything you need. Stayed in and used the restaurant and room service a few times (Temple Bar is a bit hectic to do every night for a month), which was really... More

Myself and two daughters stayed at the trinity city hotel over the weekend. I have to say the doormen were very nice. That is where the welcoming attitude ends. Upon check in, the reception clerk, I believe her name was Sylvia, did not give us any greeting except to say the room was not ready. I attempted to ask her... More

Pros: Excellent location - no more than a 20 minute walk from numerous Dublin attractions. Rooms were clean and the bar, breakfast, and dinner options were all perfectly satisfactory. Concierge / Valet was very friendly and helpful. Dublin hop-of/hop-off tour bus stops across the street from the hotel every 15 minutes. Cons: The "deluxe" rooms were no larger than the... More
