It's not located in the city centre, but very close and with the Luas at the door of the hotel. That means it's only at 20 or 15 minutes from the centre with a very nice trip in tram. Was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this budget hotel. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. We ate in their restaurant and were more than happy with the food and service. Food awful - sent it back and got another meal equally as bad. Slept on top of bed covers as sheets didn't look great. Price of drinks extortionate even for Dublin. Chose because of location would not go back. more

We stayed at the Ibis Dublin Hotel this past February. The only problem at that time was the construction goin on and you had to walk very closely to a very busy highway to get to the train station. Other than that, the room was clean and had a flat screen tv. Small room but that's European rooms for you.... more
