My boyfriend and I came to Ireland for the first time in the ibis in Dublin. It was an "unusual" hot week in Dublin and we asked if they had options for AC or just a simple fan and they were not able to help us what so ever. The employee at the front desk was also rude. Another thing... More

Stayed here for four nights in May this year, whilst sightseeing in Dublin. Although I'll admit I had no idea where the hotel was and was slightly put out when I realised where it was, it didn't end up being a problem. LUAS trams provide really good travel into the city centre, definitely worth the money! The room was lovely,... More

I was happy with this hotel. The staff were friendly and I asked for extra pillows and coffee, milk and they were very willing to give us them. The beds were comfy , everything was clean, plenty of towels, great shower which was easy to use and hot water for us all. The breakfast was satisfactory. The wifi code needed... More

My wife and I recently moved from Cyprus to Dublin with our two cats and all our possessions. We had hoped to stay in Ireland but did not take into account red tape regarding EU residence permits. Sadly we had to return to Cyprus having wasted a huge sum of money. The only good thing about this disaster was the... More

The hotel was in a handy location, close to LUAS stop etc., it was clean and staff friendly BUT my car was stolen from the car park of the hotel which claimed to have 24/7 cctv footage but when gardai went to check it, it was too poor to get anything from so it was useless. They didn't offer to... More

I am very sorry your experience with us was such a dissapointing one. It is with regret that your car was stolen however this is an unfortunate incident which is totally out of our control. The theft of the car was reported to the appropriate athorities and the I myself dealt with the incident directly involving yourselves. I do understand... More

I just spent two nights in this IBIS and enjoyed my stay. For the price, I feel that it was a great value. This is the best IBIS that I've stayed in thus far. Check in and check out was swift and easy. All of the hotel staff were warm and friendly, but Liz was especially awesome. :) A quick... More

Many thanks indeed for your positive and indeed precise summary of your stay with us. As for your comments noting that there was nothing in the area, I do apologise that you were misinformed as we are located a short walk 10-15 min from a small village which has numerous bars, restaurants and shops. As for your room not being... More
