Horse racing in Dublin over the weekend and stayed with a group of friends for a night. Had booked our indidual rooms 2 months prior but on day before departure received a 'cock and bull' phone call from hotel saying they had a glich, wanting us to pair up, looked more like they had overbooked, found the situation very annoying... All Ibis hotels are much the same but yet again they are all different and this should always be born in mind when booking. This one is a busy 150-room example of the brand on the edge of Dublin, yet very handy for the city centre itself, the motorway and the airport. The best rooms are the superior ones on... More

We had a reservation at this hotel made through booking.com for 3 nights in August. We have chosen this hotel mainly because it has 24 hours reception services. When we made our booking we stated that we will be arriving around 1 AM the next day (as we came to Dublin by plane and it was a night flight). Arriving... More

Firstly I wish to apologise for the severe inconvenience you encountered especially noting the check in time being so late and the fact that you had a child with you. I would appreciate if you could contact the hotel and speak with me directly as I cannot define this definite stay as there are no full details given. I do... More

Good value for money and the location was good for us having arrived late at night at the airport, rented a car and then just wanted a bed. The room was a bit shabby (especially the bathroom) but everything worked. The room was noisy being on the ground floor near the entrance - ask for a room higher up. The... More

We are a Spanish family and were looking for a comfortable, clean and friendly atmosphere hotel -and we got it. Big rooms and an awesome breakfast service helps when visiting Dublin with two kids! Thanks to all the Ibis team.

A disappointment! Normally Ibis is dependable and good value but this hotel looked and felt somewhat drab and depressing. Rooms not fully serviced. Staff tried to be helpful but service prone to errors. Difficult location to access.

I am so sorry your stay was dissapointing to you regarding the hotel product being as you say drab and depressing. I do assure you that our bedrooms are fully serviced daily unless there is a do not disturb sign on the door. As for our staff being error prone this is an unusal comment as we are noted for... More

We all arrived at the hotel approximately 0930, rooms not ready until 10 am., no problem we left our vouchers for room assignment and decided to store our bags and venture downtown Dublin to catch the Hop Off/Hop On. We returned to the hotel around 945 pm. Pictures attached (water damage floor and we near bathroom and yes, that is... More

Stayed at the ibis dublin hotel for 2 nights, was very much what you'd expect for an ibis. Clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff and has everything you'll need in the hotel. Conveniently placed near the Red Cow Luas and airport drop off/pick up point make travel very easy. Very good stay would be pleased to stay here again!

We stayed here for 2 nights as a 'mini holiday' for our kids. We booked two rooms. One for myself, husband and youngest daughter. The other for my sister and my two elder daughters. We were out all day the first day and arrived home at bed time. My sister rang from her room to report that the floor in... More
