A real gem in the up and coming Student quarter of Dublin. The hotel is really homely and makes you feel part of the Dublin scene, mixing tourists like us, with every day Dubliners. The hotel is on a street which offers, cafes, bakers, butchers, pubs, clubs and restaurants. The only problem was, that the food in the Hotel (old... More

I booked this hotel for a company team reward trip, which is diffuiclut when you do not know Dublin. The reservations team were very helpful with my questions and then after their stay my team only had good comments, they all said it was a friendly family run hotel. It had character, was lovely and clean and in a good... More

My first time staying in this part of Dublin. In my opinion there is better value in the Ballsbridge area. That said this Hotel has alot going for it if you decide to stay in this particular part of town as there are alot more positives than negatives. The Plus points. Friendly welcome especially the receptionist. Good size room, TV... More

Great hotel close to transport , city centre and restaurants. Stayed 2 nights on our first day in Ireland and returned on our final day back to Dublin. Attached is a great little Irish pub "mother O'Reileys" which had great meals . Lovely staff and great service, would recommend staying there

I can't thank the staff enough for a wonderful stay in your hotel. The reservation was for four people (two adjoining rooms) and the hotel delivered for our short trip. We just needed one night in Dublin that was close enough to the city but still very affordable. Uppercross House Hotel delivered above and beyond. We were greeted with friendly... More

We stayed 2-nights at this hotel following a 20% off deal through a booking agency. The hotel was just under 2 miles from the city centre which was ideal. There was ample car parking at the rear and the room was clean, comfortable and tidy. Breakfast was part of the deal and a good choice of hot and cold was... More

We had a voucher for a stay at the hotel that we won at a charity night so Myself & husband enjoyed a midweek break from the kids here! We arrived & were greeted warmly by receptionist, shown to our room & explained that dinner was at 5pm onwards & where breakfast would be served the following morning. Rooms were... More

We stayed 3 nights in Dublin Uppercross. The room is tidy but not clean. The bathroom could have been cleaner (especially the mirrors). Some lamps were a liitle lose so that I had to fix them the first day, not getting afraid of them falling down on me during the night. The shower handle was broken to, but as we... More

We spent one week here on holidays with our 2 young children. The hotel is in a good location as it is fairly close to the city and the surrounding south Dublin suburbs. We alternated between the buses and driving (the hotel has parking) depending on where we were going. The room itself was quiet, clean and modern. The breakfast... More

We spent 3 nights here while exploring Dublin. It is set in the southern suburbs at Rathmines. We did not have a car but from the nearby bus stop there were frequent services to all parts of the city with a journey time to the city centre of about 10 minutes. We had a room on the ground floor at the... More
