Wonderful South Dublin lodging! The reservation process from the US was easy, and staff was responsive with our questions and requests. In Rathmines, the hotel is a 10 min. Dublin bus ride to City Center, but in the neighborhoods of Dublin, apart from the busy - ness of downtown. As an American, I have a low tolerance for the smell... More

Stayed in this hotel the night before the Dublin City Marathon as my husband was taking part, we were given a quiet room at the back of the hotel with a double and single bed. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we both slept really well. As it was a bank holiday Monday they were not due to start serving... More

I needed somewhere reasonable to stay in Dublin for one night and I stumbled onto this hotel via a booking site. It fulfilled my needs which were a comfortable bedroom for the night (in which everything worked (not necessarily a given in hotels) and a full Irish breakfast in the morning.

A real gem in the up and coming Student quarter of Dublin. The hotel is really homely and makes you feel part of the Dublin scene, mixing tourists like us, with every day Dubliners. The hotel is on a street which offers, cafes, bakers, butchers, pubs, clubs and restaurants. The only problem was, that the food in the Hotel (old... More

I booked this hotel for a company team reward trip, which is diffuiclut when you do not know Dublin. The reservations team were very helpful with my questions and then after their stay my team only had good comments, they all said it was a friendly family run hotel. It had character, was lovely and clean and in a good... More

My first time staying in this part of Dublin. In my opinion there is better value in the Ballsbridge area. That said this Hotel has alot going for it if you decide to stay in this particular part of town as there are alot more positives than negatives. The Plus points. Friendly welcome especially the receptionist. Good size room, TV... More

Great hotel close to transport , city centre and restaurants. Stayed 2 nights on our first day in Ireland and returned on our final day back to Dublin. Attached is a great little Irish pub "mother O'Reileys" which had great meals . Lovely staff and great service, would recommend staying there

I can't thank the staff enough for a wonderful stay in your hotel. The reservation was for four people (two adjoining rooms) and the hotel delivered for our short trip. We just needed one night in Dublin that was close enough to the city but still very affordable. Uppercross House Hotel delivered above and beyond. We were greeted with friendly... More
