Stayed for 2 nights. Arrived after 2pm and had to wait 10min for room. When got to room cleaner was still working on room so we had to drop bags and leave room again.
It's a good location, only 10 mins to Stephens green or ballsbridge the opposite way. Found rooms clean and well maintained.

I stayed here in June 2011 it was disgusting the bathroom was dirty it was way too warm in the room. I got a rip n my top and went to reception to ask for a sewing kit. the lady at reception had no idea what i was asking for , so bad was her grasp of the english language....

We stayed for one night to see a gig in the o2 arena. Checked in early which means there was space in the free car park which is a real bonus for inner city Dublin. Rooms clean, view over the Grand Canal. Good value breakfast. Good central location, short walk from Stephen's Green etc.
