This hotel is conveniently located, 10 minutes to the Luas or 20 mins to Stephens Green walking. Stayed in 3rd floor room for two nights recently, had I think an Executive room, doulbe and single bed, room was clean and ok. TV was flat screen with very poor reception on most of the channels. Mespil Hotel is good for what it stands for. A simple no-nonsense hotel, reasonably priced and clean. It is a bit of a walk (15 - 20 mins)from the main city centre but the location is not too bad. We have just returned from Dublin to celebrate my husbands birthday, we stayed at the Mespil Hotel for 3 nights. It was a great base to explore the city. Walking distance from the main areas and a great price. Breakfast was excellent and the rooms were certainly clean enough and the staff very friendly and helpful. More
