the greenisle hotel was great and the food was amazing, but VERY DISAPPOINTED that reception did not mention anything about money being held from the credit card they swiped when we checked in. It is now 12 days since we left the hotel and the money taken has still not been re-credited back to the card. we were clearly informed... More

The hotel is clean good value for money and has an excellent leisure suite. The breakfast and dinners were 5 star well worth staying at. There was entertainment in the evenings and the staff were very helpful. Was nervous due to bad reviews but was not disappointed will definitely be back.

Where to begin?? On arrival new carpets due to be put down were outside exposed to the elements. The car park is sheletered but the up/down ramps are way too narrow for anyone who cares about their car. Pedestrians also share these ramps with the vehicles. Yes there are lifts and stairs at the side but I personally had great... More

Myself and my partner stayed here recently with our baby. We were suprised at the standard in the hotel given that the price was very reasonable at 89euro including breakfast. It was very clean and very inviting. My only complaint would be that there was a door into the room beside us obviously it was locked but we could hear... More

I had a great experience with this Hotel. They worked with me when I was moving to Ireland for graduate school and needed a place to stay for 2 weeks. Great customer care and friendly service. They even helped me with look for permanent accommodations. Michael, the manager, was a true gentlemen. I highly recommend this hotel. Zhubene

This was our third time staying in this hotel. Previous experience was enjoyable however this occasion was awful.. we were given a camp bed with all of the slats broken on one end completely and vomit stains on the mattress.. the curtains in the room also had some very suspicious stains. The sockets and t.v didn't work until we went... More

Visited this hotel for a two night stay on the 22 and 23 of August, two adults and two children. The hotel is located next to a busy motorway and has a new section and really old section. We were given a room in the really old section. The lobby has a modern look about it which is in keeping... More

Not my first time here but could be the last. Just on a regular trip with the wife and all was fine at checking in even though it was busy. Rooms are fine and so are beds and bathroom. The TV was old bad quality and the speaker was that bad the volume had to be kept to such a... More

This was the first hotel we stayed in on a weeks touring of Southern Ireland with a coach company. It was a good start to the holiday. The staff were helpful and friendly and check in was quick and efficient despite about 35 people arriving at the same time. This modern hotel is on the outskirts of Dublin and it... More
