Booked early and got a great rate. However when we arrived, a convention was extending their stays and their was no room for us ( along with other travelers). We were given the choice to stay at the other Radisson downtown for the same rate ( which was a more expensive hotel) or another unrelated property, which included breakfast. We... more

Air conditioner issue – did not work correctly since arrival on 8-18-09 Came to fix day 1, day 2, called again day 3 – was told they will provide a fan "Patrick" came to the room and said he fixed the air and offered us a bottle of water as consolation. Door left open for the day by housekeeping and... more

Like a stately home in beautiful grounds with an occasional view out over Dublin Bay the Radisson Blu St Helens seems to be a popular venue for conferences and corporate events - while I was there a pharma company and a business directory company group were in the hotel but it was plenty big enough to accommodate them as well... more

Spent two nights here with husband and children. No doubt it is a beautiful hotel. The rooms were very nice, but the hotel was too far outside of Dublin to make it worth it. It cost us at least 15 euros by taxi back and forth to the city center and the bus ran very infrequently (we waited one time... more

We stayed here for our 1st ever trip - long weekend in Ireland. It was our wedding anniversary and a suprise trip for my husband and myself - no kids entoe. The staff at the hotel were fantastic and very imformative about things to do in the local vacinity. We only managed to eat at the bar, but food was... more

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was one of the best places we stayed in Ireland. The staff was friendly, the room was comfortable and the grounds were breathtaking. Restaurants are good. Concierge was helpful. We were glad to be out of the hustle & bustle of the City although we did find it a bit of a... more

I stayed at the Raddisson many times before as my family live nearby. Room 322 has a cracked sink, and generally attention to detail is a bit lacking for a 5 star hotel. There was a fault with the hot water when I stayed, but that matter was remedied. The concierge (I think his name is John) is a very... more

This hotel was amazing. The room was over the top beautiful and luxurious. I could have stayed forever. I am a neat freak and I was even relaxed. The grounds are lush, the staff pleasent, the doorman was a wealth of help. You must stay here! Beds are like sleeping in cotton candy. more

I have been a frequent business traveler to Dublin for the last 3 years and have tried many hotels in and out of city center. I settled on the Radisson St. Helens as my "home away from home" for many reasons. The hotel itself is lovely and the gardens are spectacular. Because I stay here so often I'm usually upgraded... more

We booked this via the Radisson website and got a great rate. The rooms are in a new block. They are comfortable without being huge, and they do have most of the facilities you need (including air conditioning despite what an earlier Trip Advisor review stated). The old building houses the public areas, including great bar and lounge areas. The... more
