Very impressed with this Hotel and the staff in particular. Check in is super fast, no hassle and the check in staff are super efficient. Grounds are amazing as is the Hotel itself, lovely Residents Bar which is relaxed and non at all stuffy. Always someone to hand to call a taxi and taxis arrived within 5 minutes. We had... more

I booked and paid for 3 nights in this hotel a month before travelling. When we arrived, we were told there was no room available for us because of double booking. We were not the only guests receiving this message that evening. Very disappointing, especially from a five star hotel. more

This is a lovely hotel with beautiful grounds and the majority of the staff were fabulous. The air-conditioning was well concealed - but also fairly ineffective - stuck in a corner by the window with a radiator cover over it. We stayed for 3 nights and breakfast was included in our rate. The restaurant area itself was nice, however, on... more

We stayed at this hotel with our two teenagers and another family with two teenagers. Plenty of room for the four of us. The hotel is a bit off the beaten path, but well worth the effort. Only 8 Euros per person to take Air Coach from airport and hotel located directly across the street from city bus stop. Only... more

My wife and I visited Dublin for our first time. The hotel looked nice on internet, and it was even better than expected. Nice room, nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast. We were in Dublin for only a weekend, so we did not have time to try all the hotels facilities. We well be back :) more

The hotel was fine with friendly and generally helpful staff. It is set in wonderful grounds but is nearish to the DART station and buses, and a short drive from Dublin centre. The only minor point is that it was impossible to get the chef to fry some potato cake! It was available on the breakfast menu but came warmed... more

we flew in from alabama and we were very tired! The king-sized bed was a nice retreat and the rooms were large ! Internet service and tv were also nice and also the coffee and tea service. Good hotel in city centre. more

Stayed here regularly over the past few years. For me the location is good but if was was planning a city visit then I would not rule this one out. For the price it is much better than what your money will buy in the city centre and still you are only a quick bus ride away. I would tend... more

I loved my stay at the hotel. I stayed there for three nights - very clean, nice sized room for Europe, great bed and pillows, very helpful and friendly staff. It was about a 20 minute bus ride from the city, but not at all inconvenient. The Dublin Bus stop is across the road. It costs 1.80 Euros per ride.... more

The traveller will have to make his or her own decision about the location of the hotel. There is a no charge bus service into Dublin City twice a day with an associated free bus tour. Car parking is extensive and free. There is good handicapped car acess in the basement parking. Having said that, everthing else about the place... more
