Arrived here on 18/5/15 and left within the hour. Dirty, smelly hovel. This place is full of drunks and junkies no place for travellers. I sat on one of the beds for no more than 5 minutes and was bitten by some sort of bug! Asked for our money back but only got 75 euros of the 180. The staff... More

Very cheap accommodation with a modest free breakfast. The hostel is quiet a way from the town centre and any nightlife. Wifi is rubbish, the toilets and showers are disgusting, and the sheets on my bed were well used shall we say. Noise is also a problem.

The hostel is pretty standard. Just far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is also a lot of non English speaking people there, whig is fine, but seeing as I am traveling solo, it would've been nice to be able to meet more people who spoke my language. Overall, clean and fairly friendly. Showers are far... More

Cleaning is a real issue when it comes to the Toilets and showers. Rooms were OK. The best thing about this place was the breakfast which was included in the price. People were friendly and the common areas were OK.

Not the best location (the area seems a bit dodgy) but once you're there it's all good. It is only about ten mins from the centre though. The staff are nice and you have faith that the beds are clean etc. Rooms decent, although the lockers aren't the most secure. Good breakfast and reasonably priced. All in all, recommended. Could... The hostel was okay. No plugs in the rooms was a big problem and the wifi was not good unless in the common area. The location was okay but I saw many other hostels in really good locations when doing walks of the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The reason why this hostel got 2 stars instead of the 1 it deserves is thanks to a few of the reception guys and girls who were very nice. 3 big problems: 1 electricity plug for a 8 beds room. Horrible wifi service. Cleanliness - or lack thereof. The reason being that the cleaning "staff" is comprised of people who... More

Great location. Cheap stay and had everything we needed. clean and friendly staff. Would stay again when back in dublin :) only thing is only 1 socket in the room but only a small niggle. Breakfast was limited but im not sure what people expect?! It did us just fine as a start to our day.

This is the second time i have stayed in this hostel. I would definitely make it a third if i come back to dublin. The bathrooms are clean, hot water in the showers and the staff is really friendly :) Really good price only 10 minutes walking to the city center.

Just went in with big luggage and asked for a bed for two nights and got one in a 10 bed dorm, paid less, had warm, dry and quiet nights, breakfast was quite poor but okay. The hostel is at all quite old, bathrooms had better days but everything is clean and friendly staff is cleaning all around, filling up... More
