Camac was a great place to stay. We had a motorhome and our site was very level and situated close to the amenities block. The grounds were very tidy and well maintained and the shower and bathroom families were clean and reasonably well appointed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Just outside the main gates is a regular bus... More

Great caravan park lovely to have your own private enclosed space. Great park right beside with park fishing. Kids especially loved the fairy forest a must see even for big kids. Lovely walks and cafe looking over the lake plenty of space a small farm. Friendly staff highly recommended. We were a family of 5 and also had 2 friends... More

That camping is just close to a highway, so u can lisent traffic the whole night. Shower cost 1,5€ for 6 minutes. The whole building is kind of dirty. There are a lot of rabbits during the nights. Bus is going todo Dublin once per hour, take almost 1 hour and u can come back maximum at 23.

Amazing site - right on the M7!. You would never know such a place is there - right off a main artery into Dublin. Fantastic facilities - for the Motorhome owner, each hard stand is tarmacadam, has its own water supply, electrical hook up and grey water disposal point. Each hard stand has a hedge around it (well kept too)... More

Had a wonderful stay at the Camac Valley site, the staff we very helpful, the stances were a good size with hedging around them for privacy which was great. It was a clean well kept site with serviced pitches. A great place to stay if exploring Dublin with bus stop just outside. Will definitely return.

A caravan site should always have competition and this is the reason why Camac valley is becoming a bit dated. The location is ideal for visiting Dublin where plenty of public transport available. The site is clean, the toilets clean if a bit dated, there is the dreaded charge for a shower which is one of my pet hates, the... More

Great place to stop if need a night in Dublin but also if you want to tour the Dublin region. Campsite is well laid out. Great playground for the kids. Fantastic park next door for... More

We arrived for our one night stay on 11th August. A friendly welcome was given by the man at reception and plenty of information about getting into town and the layout of the campsite. The campsite is very well laid out with wifi in the area we stayed. Showers and toilets were only a short walk and they were clean... More

Just returned from our two week tour of Southern Ireland. We spent two nights at Camac Valley as a stopover to take in the sights of Dublin. The staff we encountered were very friendly, but the facilities were tired and not very clean. The pitches were good though and hedged for privacy. As this is a city centre site –... More

We have been coming to Camac Valley for over 17 years and have just returned after an 11 night break (10th-21st July). Alan and the staff are very courteous, helpful and strive to assist everyone. They all do a really good job. Congratulations on a perfect site. With regard to the few 'negative' reviews posted. Yes, one morning the toilets... More
