Good location - close to the city center and O'Conell Street, convenient bus connections, descent room but it might need some refreshment, good breakfast, very nice and helpful staff. Place to consider for my next stay in Dublin. Nothing to add but I need to reach 200 letters (stupid). Nothing more nothing more nothing more

I stayed here with my family as a child and loved it, stayed here again recently and it's just as nice as I remember. Rooms aren't big, but they're very comfy and clean and overall it's a lovely place to stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. It's a five-minute walk from O'Connell street and I felt safe walking back to... More

We stayed here last week for two nights. Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Great choice at breakfast which was easily booked on our arrival. Overall I would highly recommend the Townhouse. Very good quality at affordable prices.

This hotel is split between a hostel and a hotel, with communal rooms and dining in between. Book via the hotel website to get free breakfasts, which I'd recommend, not only because they were nice, but because otherwise you will pay per item, which would mount up. The price of the room was very reasonable, and the room generally clean.... More

We stayed only 1 night here whilst passing through Dublin. The rooms are very reasonably priced, clean and well appointed. Breakfast was included in the room price and was more than adequate.there is not a lot of room in a family room for anything other than the 4 sing,e beds i.e. Not much room for luggage etc, but you get... Really like this hotel. This is my fourth visit, spread over a number of years, and it's always lovely to return. It's very central and great value. And the welcome is very friendly - special mention to David who was duty manager and managing reception. Rooms were fairly basic, but clean and comfortable. The shower was great and the free... We stayed here for a night. We came to Dublin on a ferry from Wales and rented a car at the airport the following day. Both were convenient from the Townhouse. It's much larger than it appears from the street. Our room wasn't large and the bathroom was small, but they were adequate for our stay. With three adults, it's... More

I stayed at The Townhouse after a long flight from Australia. The single room with ensuite was perfect for me as I was looking for a small room in the city center close to the bus stop for the airport (2 min walk from stop 8 of the 747 Airlink bus stop). The staff were extremely friendly and helped me... More

Always a very friendly welcome and the rooms are functional, clean and perfectly adequate. Don't stay here if you want plush luxury but do if you want a great central base for the city centre. The rooms are very hot...as is the breakfast. Felt more like a hostel this time.
