We recently ended our Ireland trip in Dublin and stayed at Jurys Inn Custom House and could not have been more pleased. The room was excellent (we had river views on the 3rd floor). The food in the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was superb. We were travelling with our 8 and 5 year old who had been quite... More

Polite helpful and friendly staff from the moment we arrived. Rooms clean and comfortable with views over the Liffey. Slight niggle only that had to ask sofa bed to be made up and ask for a 4th mug but it did not spoil anything. Breakfast was fantastic with everything available on an frequently topped up buffet. My children and I... More

Stayed for a couple nights in this hotel, clean and friendly hotel. Slightly away from centre and temple bar area, takes about 10/15 minutes to walk to centre, however taxi rank outside hotel costs about 8/10 euros to town. Didn't eat in hotel so can't comment on food quality.

Very good place to stay. Good service staff where very friendly and helpful and went out of there way to assist when looking for directions around town. They have lovely meals, had both lunch and dinner at the restaurant. Note clean and comfortable rooms - recommend to all friends to stay at this hotel when travelling to Dublin from Australia

We were in Dublin to see The Bodyguard at the Bord Gais theatre and selected this particular hotel because of its proximity to both Connolly Railway Station and the theatre. We also found it to be within walking distance of the city centre. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean but I thought our room - (507) - was slightly on... More

This apartment is on a street of low-rent hostels and vacation rentals, right on the edge of the subsidized housing area. Drunks and street people are abundant. The apartment, however, is secure, behind three entry doors requiring keys, and the (first floor) windows are well above the street level. The busline to and from the airport stops right outside the... More

I needed to be in this area so the location was ideal and parking is adjacent. Validate your parking ticket at Reception & the cost is €15 for 24hours. Just take the first turn left after the hotel to find the parking entrance & there's pedestrian access to the hotel then. I requested a quiet room & got it. Wifi... More

Not a bad location for a one night stay before heading out to the West Coast. The staff was attentive enough and checkin/checkout was timely. Obviously an older building with narrow hallways, the rooms are reasonably updated. The price seemed a bit high as compared to other hotels and the location being a bit further from all of the attractions/sites... More

I have been a regular visitor to the Jurys Inn Custom House, staying on average once a week for all of 2015 and half of 2012. Working in George's Quay, it is perfectly located for a 5 minute walk to work and at an average rate of c€70 per night, extremely good value, especially for Dublin! The rooms are spacious... More

Nothing really wrong with the hotel, jury's inns are all much the same. This one is next to river and about a 15 minute walk to main o'connell street. Lovely walk past famine statues and river. Beautiful on sunny day! Breakfast very good. Service good. Room a good size for 3 of us. Everything very clean. There was no aircon,... More
