Arrived early morning (9.00 a.m.) too early to check in but were able to leave our luggage in store room until later that day enabling us to go sight-seeing. From the minute you step into the lobby you feel you are in another world, beautifully decorated, fantastic service from all members of staff, reception staff excellent. Our room was out... more

I went to the Gresham for a weekend break with my boyfriend and on arrival at 9am we got straight into our room even though they were fully booked the previous night. (I would recommend phoning ahead to do this as we did). On arrivial the stunning building was breathtaking and upon entering the lobby the scenes were even more... more

Stayed in the Gresham hotel for 1 night (thankfully) to go to GAA match and go to (the brilliant) Rod Stewart at the RDS. On arrival at the car park (located off a dodgy back street behind the hotel) we had a similar experience to other Tripadvisors in that the lift system from the carpark was a shambles and we... more

I took my other half for a romantic break to the Gresham in July 09. I had always heard that it was a fabulous hotel, second to none in Dublin, and so I was pretty excited and didn't mind paying over the odds to stay here. What a mistake!! The lobby is lovely and the initial impression is a good... more

recently stayed at the gresham with my boyfriend as we were going to a concert in the o2 arena, the hotel was very disappointing parked our car in the dingy car park and got stuck in the lifts which really dont work! (scary experience) I paid extra at the time of booking for full irish breakfast and that morning the... more

My friend and I stayed at the Gresham for two nights and have to say the staff are very welcoming. We arrived 10.45am and was allocated our room straight away. The bus from the airport stopped just outside so no lugging heavy cases. We booked room only but thought 23 euro for breakfast abit steep. We found some reasonably priced... more

I stayed at the Gresham hotel for 6 days, as part of a trip to Ireland (a first for me, and a first time traveling by myself) The hotel is located in the center of town, a 7-10 min' walking distance from the main attractions. I got a beautiful room overlooking O'conall street. For me, what made the difference was... more

Stayed with friends for a duration for 3 nights. The twin room was small and very cold. The breakfast was ok but the dinner was lovely. Its in the center of the city and within walking distance of shops and bars. I found it over priced and not worth its 4 star. I would say 3 star. Its very basic... more

Stayed in Gresham for 1 night as we got a "Room only" deal of €89 which is very good value for the centre of Dublin. We were booked into our room efficiently by a friendly gentleman. The room was spacious and clean - it wasn't any more or any less what I expected it to be for the price. We... more

My wife and I stayed in the Gresham to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The room was clean, well appointed, airy and contained everything we could have needed for our stay. The hotel's location is great. Close enough to enjoy the delights of Dublin's nightlife, bars and restaurants. While the hotel was a delight what impressed us the most were... more
