We have just returned from 3 nights at the Conrad in Dublin, the staff were friendly and polite, Jim (on the main door) was very helpful. Perfectly situated for a morning stroll round St Stephens Green, Grafton Street for shopping or restaurants, bars in the evening, but far away from the busy Temple Bar area. The hotel is a short... The hotel was in a great location. The bars and restaurant were a pleasure and the staff was great. The rooms were as close to upscale US hotel rooms as any we stayed at during our 10 days in Ireland.

Nice hotel but the front desk staff was lacking. The wifi was terrible in the our room. Have stayed at other Conrad hotels and this one was not up to par. They claim they are a 5 star hotel but the service is just not there.

Had a great stay - the hotel is very clean, has excellent, accommodating staff and is centrally located. Seems to be a place where a lot of professionals stay - not too far from the airport and served our needs perfectly.

This fine hotel is perfectly situated for the restaurants and bars away from the Temple Bar area. Situated on St Stephens Green, this was a brilliant hotel with wonderful attentive staff, clean rooms and brilliant facilities.

Visited mid august. Arrived on early overnight from Chicago at 7 am. They had a room ready for us. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room, but felt like it needed an updating. Hilton has done a great job in USA of updating their brands but this hotel while nice feels like it hasn't been updated in at least 10... More

I stayed at this hotel for one night on a business trip to Dublin. It was conveniently located in the centre of Dublin, and my late check in at midnight was not a problem. the room was large and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. I would stay here again on my next business trip to Dublin.

Look, there is nothing wrong with this hotel but I feel that it is more of a 4*. It is hard to pinpoint, it's more of an overall feeling. We've stayed in a couple of 5* but it wasn't up there. Sorry! But still a lovely stay don't get me wrong! Valet parking is great and check in was smooth... More

My husband and I stayed here on a celebration visit to Dublin for our 40th anniversary. I had contacted the hotel about it. Our room was upgraded, and we had a few extra amenities. The check in staff even wished us happy anniversary when we arrived. Regular service was impeccable.

After deciding to splash out on something a bit nicer on a recent trip to Dublin, I have to say I was disappointed with the Conrad. I'm sure it's not a bad hotel, it's just on my stay I found the check-in staff disinterested and a little fake. Rooms were comfortable, but had a weird wiring, which meant it took... More
