A lovely hotel in the heart of the city...an incredible location, close to everything you want to see but away from the noise. The hotel itself was extremely charming and full of character and our room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were always friendly and pleasant. We got a fantastic deal on price too! I would definitely... More

Stayed for one night only and had chosen this hotel because of the location and recommendation from a friend. Very charming old hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Room nice with an excellent bed. The location is perfect. Free wifi worked well. Will stay here again.

Booked this hotel due to its location and great reviews, we were not disappointed. After arriving at the hotel we were greeted by a very friendly reception team, the hotel has an old world charm but very classy. We had a twin room which wasn't huge but ample, we were in the corner of the hotel opposite Trinity College. Our... More

Since the beginning of this year I have visited this hotel many times for lunches and I have hosted a number of business meetings in their business suites. Most of the meetings have started at 07.30. I must say that the excellent service and the attention to detail has been most impressive. They truly allow you to focus on the... More

I visit here regularly. It is a nice place to sit and enjoy a relaxing cup of coffee. The bar food is good, but I usually just have coffee and scones. The scones are served warm, with jam and cream. It is a very relaxing environment, with excellent service and very helpful staff.

Everyone that works at this hotel is very friendly and helpful. My room rate included breakfast, and I was especially appreciative that the waitress at breakfast remembered my food allergy. Actually, the whole restaurant is super allergen-friendly. The breakfast menu had labels for gluten, milk, nuts, mustard, celery, and sulphite allergies to name a few. My room was spacious -... For complicated reasons I wasn't able to use my usual hotel (Wynn's), so came south of the Liffey for a night at Buswells (apparently without an apostrophe). It occupies a row of five Georgian buildings, so there are frequent changes of level in both directions. The building is very deep, leading to rooms tucked away in all sorts of places.... More

We stayed with our teenage son at the hotel in a large, very comfortable triple room with a huge bathroom. Perfect for a city trip or, like in our case, a visit of Trinity College. We found the Buswells very good value for money with an always friendly staff and in aperfect location close to Trinity College. Only disadvantage is... More

The location is great, a few mins was from trinity and very central. Staff is kind and helpful. We didn't use the restaurant cause it was a bit expensive. There's a beautiful open fire in the entrance and the size of the room was good. The only bad side is that our room looked on a wall so when you... More
