The staff is very kind and helpful on all counts. I lost my power adapter and they offered to loan me one. Lenor, Vicki, and Luis, as well as the concierge men are very attentive and helpful, going beyond duty to help make arrangements or give directions and Lenoir even printed out bus and taxi details for me to get... Spent two nights here over a weekend. Excellent customer service, food, and the standard of the room was high. Only problem was the shower head which was broken. Given that this was the only minor problem over the two nights I'd certainly stay again.

Buswell's is a small well established hotel on a quiet street. The location is excellent - you can walk just about everywhere from the hotel. The staff is most accommodating and friendly. The breakfasts are great as is the bar. I think it's a great bargain for a downtown hotel. My friends and I enjoyed everything about the hotel and... More

What can I say about buswells, well it is fantastically located only a short walk to shopping, bars, restaurants, the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and in fact chat to you like they are your best friend but then again I just think this is the fantastic Irish way, our room was a little small... Spent two midweek nights at this hotel. On arrival, our room was not quite ready so we were offered free coffee in the busy Bar area where there was a really good atmosphere and efficient service all round. Our room was excellently furnished with a huge bed and everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom (with bath) was... More

On first entering our room we found that it was vibrating to a loud mechanical noise - this was affecting not just our room but all the rooms in our part of the hotel. I popped to the reception desk to chat the matter over with the staff. I was advised that the noise was coming from a fan that... More

Dear Janie S, Thank you for taking the time to post this review following your stay with us recently. I am disappointed that you were less than satisfied with your stay and I apologise for the disturbance caused by our ventilation system. Since your stay, we have identified an issue with one of our fans. The vibration was caused by... More

We chose this hotel for its location. It's close to museums and art galleries and the shopping area of Grafton street. We were greeted by friendly staff and were very pleasantly surprised by the dining room. There is a definite buzz to the place and popular with travel groups. Our room was small but comfortable and practical. There was no... More

Old so dont expect what goes with new. Stayed in room 99. Tub shower; but spacious bath and bedroom. Room temp controlled by radiator, so slept with window open. Also good idea to ask for top sheet. Comforter gets a little hot. Staff was great and on top of things. Dont expect your room to be ready when you arrive... More

The location close to St Stephen's Green and Grafton St can't be beaten. The hotel is pleasantly traditional with very good bar and lounge areas. Our bedroom on the first floor at the front was a good size with a very comfortable bed. There was a little traffic noise but it didn't keep us awake. Generous breakfast, though coffee and... More
