Nice access to Trinity College, but the old world elegance wasn't entirely charming. The locks and keys to work our doors were tricky, as were the faucets. City noise definitely an issue. Rooms quite small. Wasn't all we'd hoped.

Great location, pleasant staff, very clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast is great and the bar is very, very inviting. Right in the middle of Dublin and walking distance to many sites. It was just a very comfortable hotel!

Very pretty and elegant hotel tucked away on a not-so-busy street. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, efficient and helpful. Our room was small but so are all rooms in European hotels we have stayed in. It felt freshly redecorated and in very good taste. The bed was extremely comfortable and hard to get out of in the morning... More

We stayed 2 nights at Buswells when we came over to Ireland to run a half marathon. Buswells was just what we needed, quiet, friendly, efficient and oh so peaceful. A huge comfy bed in a large well equipped room with a fantastic ensuite, who could ask for more? Friendly, attentive staff too. I just wish we had satyed longer.

Great to be close to the centre of Dublin and far enough away from the busy, noisy traffic in the city. Car parking is annoying. It was bank holiday Monday when we arrived and the usual car park used by the hotel was closed. The alternative care park was not convenient so we used the nearest multi storey( which incidentally... This is only a review of the hotel bar. We did not stay at the hotel but after walking in we wish we had! We stumbled upon this place when it was raining while headed to the national museum across the street. The bar has a cozy atmosphere with comfy leather chairs perfect for a rainy day. I had a... Very convenient location to take the bus from Dublin airport. 30 min ride and the bus stop driver even announces Buswells Hotel! Very kind and conscientious staff at every turn, from the front desk, to the wait staff, to the porter on duty. Wish the room (triple) was quieter - we were on street side. Likely due to jet lag... Buswell's is a perfect balance between being easy walking distance to all of the places you'd want to go in Dublin without being smack in the noisiest areas of Temple Bar. Room was lovely with a very comfortable bed, plenty of windows that opened for fresh air, nice service, water provided, and great bathroom. I recommend booking with breakfast included... More

I stayed here on July 29th, 2014, with my husband for one night. The hotel is perfectly located in the city centre, within walking distance of the Hop On/Hop Off Bus. All in all, I'd give the hotel a 4 out of 5 stars. We stayed in Room 214, facing the street outside. While the street can have typical street... More

Buswell's Hotel is quaint, elegant and located in a perfect spot to explore Dublin's best attractions: Grafton Street, Trinity College, Stephen's Green, Temple Bar area, lots of pubs, and the government buildings. We walked everywhere but the buses are also conveniently close by. The hotel bar is a very nice place to end your day with a glass of Guinness... More
