The Jurys Inn ChristChurch was convenient to most attractions in Dublin. Most attractions were within walking distnce of the hotel. The front desk was efficient at both check in and check out. The downside was the conditions of the individual room. The carpet was very dirty, the bedspreds were very worn and even had holes in them. The draperies also... more

Just back from staying one night at the Jurys Christchurch. Hotel looks lovely from outside and the reception/bar area looks good. Hallway needing a bit of tlc. Room itself nice but the bathroom was tired looking. It was ok but not worth 160 Euros we paid for it - breakfast not included! Location ideal for being near temple bar but... more

On a vacation to Ireland with my parents we stayed here fort wo nights. The room had ratty old carpets and the bedspreads were old and had holes in it. I slept in a cot since we were a group of three people. My bed was made up of three foam blocks that separated when I slept, and the bedspread... more

The location of this hotel is great, within walking distance of many city centre attractions. The hotel itself is what you would expect from a middle of the range, chain. It was reasonably furnished and reasonably clean, however, the rooms and especially the bathrooms are looking a bit tired. The main problem is noise - caused by large groups of... more

We stayed at the Christchurch Jurys Inn for three nights between the 18th and 21st of June on a room only basis. This hotel reminded me of kind of a Travelodge that we have in the UK nothing too fancy, but clean, comfortable and we had very friendly and helpful reception staff who gave us a map when we arrived,... more

Stayed here for 3 nights. It's fine if you're here for a short city break - like a lot of people travelling to Dublin. The rooms are a little tired and could do with a replacement carpet for example. But it has all you basically need: tea/coffee making, free toilettries, satellite tv channels, internet access. The best thing is easily... more

This was a disappointment after many clean, simple B&Bs throughout Ireland. It caters to the tour bus crowd, so lots of old folks pack the lobby. The staff seemed annoyed with any questions we had. Worst of all were the rooms: filthy carpets and bedspreads, we immediately stripped the beds. We requested a non-smoking room, but it was obviously a... more

I stayed in this hotel with a friend who was on a business trip a couple of weeks ago. It has to be the most over-priced awful hotel I have ever stayed in. 1. Room and corrodors stank of cigarette smoke on arrival 2. Cistern in toilet was cracked. 3. Decor was shabby 4. Breakfast cost €13, and all you... more

Overall, for what you pay for the Jurys Inn Christchurch it is very acceptable. The location is excellent, the bar is nice and the food is good. In the majority, the staff are friendly and helpful. The room we were allocated was spacious in comparison to other 3 star hotels although the bathroom is small. It has been previously mentioned... more

We arrived on our first overseas trip to the welcoming smiles of Jurys Inn Christchurch. It was a bumpy start, as I had emailed over Chistmas with no response. I learned from an executive that the computers were down and he gave me personal emails of each hotel general manager. Aine, from Christchurch was a delight. Every wish I had... more
