Typical old style b&b, very clean, very friendly and helpful and a brilliant breakfast!! Good location for town. Downside is its noisy - but on a main road in a city what can you expect!!! And the rooms aren't massive but me and my partner were more than comfortable and had a great time here! Would definitely go again

I booked this despite reading the reviews on balance that they were unfair. They're not. This B&B is stuck in a timewharp that is obvious from the minute you walk in the door. Overpriced even for Dublin its decor is 70s at best and beyond worn out. What is good about it: Staff friendly and doing their best Quiet Warm... More

Arrived late on 5 November, was greeted by a male member of staff through a small hatch as he was the nightshift and the main reception area was closed. The front window was shuttered closed and gave the impression the place was closed but a door off to the side gave you entrance into the prmises. We were advised our... More

The room was small and basic, but very clean. TV and tea making equipment in room. Free Wi-fi available in room. The breakfast was excellent, we had full Irish breakfast. A continental self service one was available too. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel ideally situated across the river from Temple Bar area, aand it was not noisy... More

Inn on the Liffey is in a great location. It is just across the river from Temple Bar and about a 10 minute walk to O'Connell Street. The staff are friendly. I found my room to be tiny. In order to use the electric tea kettle, I had to place it on the floor because there isn't even enough room... More

We stayed for 3 nights here while in Dublin. We were allowed to check in early by a very friendly staff person. The staff here are the Inn's greatest asset. We were on the back of the building where it was super quiet with no noise at all. We had a double/queen room with ensuite bathroom. Breakfast was wonderful with... More

Basic but clean. Close to all attractions. Fantastic breakfast and very helpful and friendly staff. Beds clean room dated but clean. No problem in returning. For the price we paid you shouldn't expect the Ritz.

We stayed here in the apartment. It was big and spacious looking out over the Liffey. It is as central to everywhere we wanted to visit on our short visit. They let us drop out suitcase there as we arrived really early so we were free to explore the city without lugging our cases around. When we returned to book... More

Not exactly an inn, or a guest house, but really a hostel. For the this price we will overlook its shortcomings, which include an ultra small room and a noisy street. But it's right across the bridge from downtown, and they were awfully nice to let us get into our room early to sleep off our jet lag. Never did... More

Apart from a horrible climb to the third floor with heavy luggage...stay was fine. Old tired but clean rooms..very small though. Breakfast was good and waitress was lovely. Very Central so ideal for sightseeing. Recommend the hop on hop off bus. Great bars in the area
