Had a greAt stay in the skyline hotel, stayed for one night it was really clean, value for money . Bar staff extremely friendly especially simon he went out of his way to make us feel at home . Food was lovely and very close to city centre and local bars.

Myself, 2 daughters and granddaughter stayed in a generous sized family room on the 2nd floor . The room was spotless and came with complimentary tea/coffee, bottles of water, packets of crisps, bathroom toiletries, but to me the finishing touch was the chocolate on each of the beds. We had a double and 2 singles. The location was very close... More

Extremely busy weekend, understandably due to the concerts on in Dublin this weekend, unfortunately this had an effect on the staff, slowed everything down a little. Rooms are ok and breakfast was nice. Could do with better wifi and an update in the general decor seems to be on the horizon. Fit for the purpose of having somewhere to sleep... More

Dear Seamus O, You went to sleep in the lobby at 3am and were abusive to the night staff that had to wake you. You were then abusive to staff the next morning. I offered to have you back to the hotel for a night but you have since been abusive to my receptionist. My people are hospitality professionals and... More

The Best Western Hotel in Dublin was the best hotel I've ever been to. The service is great and the staff are very polite. The breakfast buffet feels like home. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable.

We just got back from two nights at the Skylon, and it was a wonderful stay. We arrived via the free Paddywagon from the airport 6 hours too early for check in to see if we could leave our bags before going sightseeing, but were immediately given a vacant room, which was so useful. The staff were all so lovely... More

Dear Nataliej, Many thanks for writing such a detailed review and giving the 'lovely' staff a mention. I am delighted that you did the tour of Glasnevin Cemetery. I get some unusual reactions when I recommend a cemetery tour as part of their Dublin itinerary but it is truly an unmissable trip. We really hope you come back to visit... More

My family and I stayed at the Best Western Dublin Skylon Hotel and we had a really enjoyable stay. When checking in the reception staff could not have been more helpful. The room allotted to our family was very comfortable and spacious with if needed, an impressive room service adding to the hotel experience given. In the morning the breakfast... More

I recently stayed in this hotel and was blown away with the service and decor! This hotel should definitely be more than a 3 star. I am shocked that it isn't 4* already, it has all of the things that I would look for in a 4* and many more extras that some 4* I have stayed in didn't have.... More

Dear Sallywallyfication, I really appreciate you taking the time to review the hotel. We have done a lot of work to the hotel in the last two years and pride ourselves in little touches that you wouldn't normally get in a 3 or 4 star hotel. But as you say it is the staff that are an absolute credit; I... More
