We stayed overnight on a Saturday . Check in was friendly and attentive . Throughout our brief stay the quality of the service was noticable in the bar ,breakfast room and at reception. Rooms represnted good value and there was a relaxing atmosphere in the public areas.

Lovely stay, modern hotel very clean, great breakfast and very good value, nice bar atmosphere. We took a taxi from airport so much quicker than waiting on paddy wagon bus and much the same price at £20, fine if 4 of you.We wanated a pool, gym and spa and this hotel has excellent clean facilities. Only small gripe for us was... More

I should have asked for a room on the side of the hotel or the back... I got a front room on the third floor and this was just noisy, although the view over the river compensated somewhat. But we actually go to a hotel not to enjoy the view, but to sleep. And good sleeping would have meant a... More

I was in Dublin for business and found the Spencer hotel perfectly located to access many parts of the city on foot. I took the port tunnel from the airport to the hotel and was there in 20 minutes, definitely worth the toll. Check-in was fast and efficient and I was given a brief overview of the facilities and their... More

I organised a trip for 8 friends to celebrate a 60th birthday and booked to stay at the Spencer hotel. We had a very early flight and landed in Dublin at 07.30 a.m. The hotel has an arrangement with 'Paddy Wagon Tours' so we paid our €4 each to get to the hotel. It took a while as it was... More

Room was contemporary, well appointed, clean & comfortable. Staff were friendly & helpful. Though we didn't use the facilities a great deal the reception, bar & restaurant areas were very nice. It was about a 10min walk to O'Connell St along the Liffey but the Luas (tram) is a 1min walk behind the hotel and is cheap & easy to... More

The hotel also counts with a spa, gym and swimming pool, where you can access for free. Personal really nice; it was my birthday and... More

Very clean modern decor about a 15 minute walk from the city centre, right on the river. Great breakfast buffet and good dinner. Lobby very energetic on some evenings. Very convenient to restaurants and walkway along the river.

Really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It was a great location for the Bord Gais Energy Theatre and the theatre package offered by the hotel was really good value. Our room was really nice with good views of the Liffey.
