I stayed at this hotel after booking it the same day I arrived at the Dublin airport. They have a very helpful Tourism desk there and can check room availability on line.
As noted by other travelers, the location is great. My room, on the second floor, had no view except of a dirty courtyard, but the room was very clean, the linen was clean and fresh, and the bathroom looked new and was spotless.
I crashed at 5 pm after a long travel day and did not have any trouble with noise. It was a Monday night (Bank Holiday) but I left my window open without difficulty.
The Fleet Street is remodeling their breakfast room so I was given a voucher for breakfast next door and it was lovely.
I found the staff friendly and I thought that for 75 Euros this was an excellent value for a hotel in the center of town!! I would definitely return and recommend it to others.
