The staff at Butler's is the epitome of accommodating. Our flight came into Dublin early in the morning and when we arrived our room was ready (much earlier than we had told them we would be arriving). The room (The Glendalough) was spacious and well put together. It was larger than expected and included a sitting area, bookcases full of... More

This is a lovely property in the heart of Ballsbridge, ideally located for a short break. The rooms are nicely decorated and have a nice amount of character even though the room I was in is slightly small (but this is to be expected in a city property). Breakfast was very good, fresh fruit and freshly cooked hot breakfast. The... More

Spend a night at Butler's and you'll want to spend two... spend four (like we did) and you'll never want to leave ! Attentive service, fair room rates, incredible breakfasts, and s desirable location make this one B&B worth visiting time & time again. From the four-poster bed to the complimentary bottled water this place leaves noting to chance. If... More

From when we arrived late at night due to flight delays, to when we left, we can't say enough about Butler's Townhouse. The staff are amazing, the Townhouse is beautiful and very comfortable and the breakfasts are delicious. A lot of large Hotels could learn a lot from this place, as nothing was too much trouble for them and everyone... More

We spent two nights here recently and found it to be very welcoming indeed. Staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast delicious. I am coeliac and they were able to provide gluten free bread for me. Great location. We will definitely return. Thank you for everything. More

We stayed at Butler's for a total of four nights in April 2012, interrupted by a three night stay at Ashford Castle in Cong, Co Mayo, and loved it. Cecelia and Annemarie are efficient and hospitable managers who go out of their way to make sure needs/wants are met. To start with, the beds and pillows at Butler's are much... More

We began and ended our trip to Ireland staying at Butlers and found the lovely staff to be kind, helpful and efficient. The rooms are furnished in period style, the beds are large and comfortable and the location is quiet, even when there is a game on at the Aviva stadium. The hotel is well located, within easy access to... More

During our family visit to Ireland last week, Butlers was one of our very favorite accommodations. With a convenient location close to public transportation but outside the hustle and bustle of downtown Dublin, it was the perfect spot for the last few nights of our stay. The rooms are lovely, but even better is the true Irish hospitality. Annemarie and... More
