This is a beautiful old house and is very kept well but we checked in at 3.30, went into our room and it was up in a heap.Back down to reception, and we had to wait 20 mins of the room to be cleaned. We were served cold coffee while we waited. The rooms are very hot alright as a previous reviewer... Perfect central location just off St Stephens green. Lovely little hotel, with free parking, which is a real plus in a city where parking costs an arm and a leg. Room was beautiful and huge, actually more of a suite. Clean, comfortable and affordable. Couldn't ask for any more

Things I liked: Good location. Very nice breakfast selection and quality, good value if booked in advance. Things I disliked: Room was way too hot and stuffy. Asked for a fan but none were available at the time so we had to sleep in much discomfort for the first night. Having been travelling since 5am, it was unpleasant to find... More

Stay here with my sister for a theatre trip to Dublin recently. Hotel was ideally located for Gaiety Theatre that night and shopping on Grafton Street the next day, both only a short walk away, no need for taxis. Also very near St Stephen Green Park, we have lovely weather that week so we sat and soaked up the sun... More

Very surprised to have a room in the basement. We did not know that hotels existed where guests have to sleep in the basement having to listen to people walking past on the street above their heads. Very disappointing, esp considering the high price!

I was excited to be staying at a historic location for such a great price in a perfect location. However, upon arrival you could tell the host was less than enthusiastic to receive us. My sister and I decided to share a room which was comfortable and well furnished. Each room comes with only 1 key which you must return... More

Thank you for the feed back . It would have been nice to follow this up as the response of the staff member was not appropriate. However it is a long time since October 2013 and now unfortunately we can not identify the person in question. More

We stayed for 5 days in Dublin and loved the location. Thomas , one of the staff, made our stay so comfortable. He helped with all our needs... The sister hotel 2 doors down has a lovely area with a fireplace you can go sit and have a glass of wine in the evening. Our room was large and very... More

The hotel itself is great. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, it's in a very good location, and it offers free parking. But, the noise at night is awful. There are several nightclubs across the street that go well in to the morning hours. The thump-thump-thump of the music is bad enough but add to it screaming girls one night,... More

We stayed in Dublin for the St Patrick's day celebrations and stayed at Harrington Hall for three nights. As we were three friends we booked a family suite situated at the back of the building, thus avoiding the street noises we were warned about. The room was spacious although storage space for clothes and shoes was a wee bit limited,... More

We use HotelTonight to book this hotel on the day, which we find easy to find the hotel, the hotel located in central and nice hotel in the heart of Dublin, Harrington Hall has it all. The hotel is located just down from Grafton street, so is very close to town, we didn't mind walking everywhere but there's transport links... More
