Noisy streets, tiny room, over priced, noisy, rude staff (one woman in particular - the rest were nice.) Got no sleep over the noise from outside (the hotel is situated across the road from busy clubs) Paid 189 euro for one night and got a tiny box room. Got spoken down to from one particular staff member. I would not... More

Nice enough hotel. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. I stayed here largely due to the location and would be happy to do so again if the price was right. Walking distance to the big shops and bars Dublin has too offer. Harcourt Street is loud full of bars and nightclubs within many of the hotels so you need to be... More

Was a little disappointed with getting basement bedroom in this hotel - but it was surprisingly comfortable and quiet even though facing Street (which has many nightclubs!). Breakfast was good - small dining area but fine. Location very central. Bathroom very clean & well stocked.

A comfortable hotel well situated near St Stephens Green not easy to find when driving. Cheerful staff who were very helpful. The car park is small but at least the hotel has one. An excellent breakfast which included fresh fruit and numerous cereals. Good free wifi.

Wow! What a nice find in downtown Dublin. The room was stunning. With 2 levels. The main level had a very large sitting room about 224sf or 21m2 with two couches (which were sleep sofas), a fireplace. Off the sitting room was a desk area was about 110sf or 10m2. The upstairs was a room (open on 2 sides with... More

The hotel was nice and the staff were friendly. The only downside was that our room was situated at the front of the building, which faces directly on to the main street with the tram, which is quote noisy. We definitely needed ear plugs to get to sleep, especially as there are clubs nearby too.

We arrived a couple hours early and the staff had the room made up so we could go straight up. Staff knowledgeable about the city, helpful and friendly providing outstanding service. The room was perfect for the stay, very clean, well made up and great WiFi connection. Although we only stayed the night the overall impression was that it's a... More

We stayed here one night in a triple room at the tail end of our 10 day trip. Spent the first two nights in Dublin just north of the river and this hotel is walking distance to all the sights south of city center, perfect location for us to hit the sights we missed the first two days. Hotel is... More
