Our room was fine, three girls sharing had everything we needed, we were only up one flight of stairs to which was great as some of the other girls had a few flights of stairs to climb not the best after a day's shopping or drinking, Breakfast room was quite small for the amount of guests some people had to... Stayed here for a concert in croke, was a little expensive for the size of room. But we had booked quite late for a very busy Saturday night. The location was perfect and we could walk everywhere. On arrival staff were very helpful and even came out to direct us to the private parking at the back. Room was freshly... More

Where to even start! We arrived in the Charles Stewart on Saturday the 24th for Ed Sheeran. The room was kind of shabby paint coming off the walls a little, found some weird light thing when we moved the single beds together like the receptionist said it was okay to do but you get over things like that when you... Maybe it is a normal price when you sleep in the center of Dublin but even booking long time in advance it felt to us expensive according to the services it offered and the small and old bedrooms and furniture it got. Breakfast was quite ok but a bit small room to place all customers we where there

The Charles Stewart is a lovely hotel. I stayed for 3 nights as I took myself around Dublin for a few days. The location is perfect, right in the centre of the city. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room itself was fairly small, but perfectly suitable for what I needed from it. Annoyingly however, the one window... More

We booked this room for a one night stay, sadly that was long enough. Went to check in and told room not ready until 2.30 we said fine and decided to put our bags into the luggage room, it's a little bit ropey. I wouldn't leave anything of value in your bag if you are leaving it there, it's a... More

Stayed for 2 nights 30th June- 2nd July with my younger sister to celebrate her 18th birthday, and to go and watch Taylor Swift at the 3 Arena. Upon arrival we were told our room was on the top floor and we were offered no form of help with our bags to carry them up the stairs. The bed was... More

stayed here for one night for the script concert. positives- within walking distance to croke park, friendly receptionist when checking in. negatives - very small room, bathroom window didn't open, bathroom light didn't work. it would have been acceptable for one night if it had of been reasonably priced but at 180euro for 2ppl for one night it was not... The Charles Stewart Guesthouse is in prime central location of Dublin. It runs into O'Connell Street (the Main Street of Dublin). You can walk to most 'must see' attractions. It's not the flashiest accommodation, but the rooms are reasonably priced and clean and the staff are extremely friendly.

We stayed at this b and b for one night only, room was clean and bed comfortable but no view from window just a dirty brick wall. Breakfast was standard although we felt a little rushed even though they were still serving for another hour!!!!
