This is a great budget accommodation if going to Dublin for a stag or hen do. Based in the thriving Temple Bar area the pub attached is always busy with some great live music! The beds are your basic bunks. This is the 2nd time I've stayed in this hostel, I love the location. Not one for a relaxing weekend... More

My brother and I stayed here for a few days in February. Great location, and the prices were reasonable. The place is a bit old and dingy, but it is a nice hostel that serves it's purpose for travelers on a budget. I would stay there again. Also, the staff is friendly.

We stayed here for 2 nights on a quick trip from NYC to Dublin. We payed $165.00 for 4 people and split the 4 bed Room. The room was clean, shower was hot and the location was excellent. There is a pub downstairs which is one of 2 that I know of that stays open past 12.00AM. The music is... More

Had 2 brilliant nights in here. Althou we did stay here spent both evening here having fun with friends. Great Irish live music. And had lunch on last day, seafood chowder & oysters which were well priced, fresh and delicious!! ...... Only dissapointment was that drinks VERY expensive. My lovely memory of a great wkend in Dublin.

Tiny rooms per beds Who does 1 key per room? Internet would not stay connected or work well at all Living areas weren't nice. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here even if you were going to just party as there is horrible road noise very early in the morning. The walls also made weird banging sounds and our shower leaked.... More

I was quite weary bout living in a hostel as it was my first time but to my surprise it was quite enjoyable! It is located right smack in the middle of everything. The beds are quite comfy and every morning someone comes to clean the bathroom . The room my friends and I were in as well heated and... More

Just returned from spending three nights in the hostel. It was a lot better than expected, being used to staying and working in 4 star hotels I didnt know if I would like it but I was pleasantly suprised and would certainly recommend to others. We arrived and were advised that there was only one key allocated to each room,... More

It's in the heart of Dublin's Temple Bar and you can reach all other destinations easily. They have 24 Hour reception which is nice and continental breakfast includes also cereal and fruit. But kitchen closes already at 8pm. The rooms only have 1 key so you always have to ask reception and if nobody left it there you have to... More

Location is excellent. As is the bar downstairs. But hygiene leaves a lot to be desired We arrived to discover vomit on the widow sill and in the sink and two members of our party picked up a vomiting bug during our stay. Also saw kitchen staff drop knives and replace them in the tray without washing them! The shower... More
