Trinity College is often regarded as one of the most prestigious colleges in Ireland, this may be true academically and aesthetically nothing can beat this campus. Perfect for a stroll when in the city. Great for a picnic on the beautiful greens to breath in some city air while surrounded by the old stone buildings. I highly recommend it as... More

Accommodation is in student apartments of the Trinity college. We had quite expensive accommodations otherwise during our 1,5 weeks Ireland trip, so we choose to save money in Dublin due our travel company's limited budget and choose the Trinity college accommodation. Price was almost free of charge compared to normal Dublin hotel prices in July, we paid 248 euros in... More

Do you want a clean place to stay with easy access to whatever city you are visiting? Check out the rooms at Trinity College. We were delighted by the location, fresh towels, and kitchen area. Staff (all college students) were super helpful and nice. Price cannot be beat.

I chose to stay on campus in Goldsmith Hall at Trinity College because I was taking a two week program at the school. This was by far the WORST accommodations I have ever encountered. The cleaning staff rarely cleaned the room and when they did all they did was make the bed . The biggest problem with the rooms themselves... More

Mixed experience at Trinity College. It's not hotel-style accommodation. There was no television in the room and I couldn't make tea or coffee in the room. However, I discovered there was a kitchen down the hall where I could do so. There was also a bit of a problem with noise. In the evening there were hoardes of young people... More

I have stayed in Dublin many times over the past 15 years or so and of all my stays (some in budget hotels, some in hostels, some in B+B's and even one in a pricey hotel) this was by far the best stay I have had. I had a single ensuite room in building 48 which was about a 5... More

What a wonderful campus. I felt like I am in one of Harry Potter movies. Could have easily get back to my student times. The architecture is amazing. Just go there and enjoy. There is also a huge campus park where you can sit and quietly read a book.

If you are not very exigent, this is the right place for you. The location is close of everything: Dame Street, Molly Malone statue, O'Connely Street, Ha' penny bridge. The room is very large, with comfortable beds. The wifi is not so good, but ok if you stay close to the window...and depends on the device. There's no TV in the... More

There is no doubt this is a prime location in Dublin but it is a little pricey for the standard of accommodation. That said, we had a two bedroom and were quite comfortable. We requested a late checkout some days in advance and did not get a response and this probably summed up the running of accommodation at the dorms,... More

Dear OnTheRoadAgainAussie, Thank you for taking the time to post this review. I am glad you enjoyed your stay. I am disappointed to read that your request for late checkout was not responded to. If you are not planning to spend a lot of time in your room you cannot do better in Dublin than to stay at Trinity College. During University vacation the student accommodation is rented out to visitors at a very reasonable rate. You can have a perfectly palatable breakfast in the Buttery at an extra charge. The students who run... More
