We went there yesterday (Feb 21), and did the tour around campus. It is nice to walk trough, especially when it's sunny because you avoid walking on the main street, but in the end nothing special... You can see the different buildings, but aren't even aloud to walk over the grass fields. I suppose because they are meant as sport... More

Didn't spend a huge amount of time here - the allure of the Jameson whiskey your was just too great! But the buildings were absolutely beautiful, and it was a really nice way to spend an hour, wandering around the campus and reading about the college's history.

I've been to Dublin twice now, once in 2009 and again in 2014. I went to Trinity College the first time with a Contiki travel group and it was one of my favorite parts of the trip. It's so full of history and such an old site that it's hard to imagine it's still a fully functional university in the... More

My friend and I traveled through Western Europe with our first stop in Dublin. 1. Location? Really close to Temple Bar area as well as major stop for transportation whether city buses, taxis or hoofing it to find the tour buses for guided tours. 2. Dorm? We stayed in a basic dorm with two single beds, which included a small... More

You won't get more central than this. Comfy twin room in the Graduate Memorial Building - after a strenuous challenge, I slept amazingly in a comfy room in the centre of Dublin city centre. Beautiful campus surroundings, decent breakfast next door the following morning and close to Dublin's many city centre bars and restaurants.

Loved the campus and area around Dublin. What an awesome opportunity to be in the area where some of the first European Christians came to reach the Celtics with the gift salvation. The Book of Kells is the most exciting of the campus.

My study abroad group stayed in the dorms for about a week before changing cities. The rooms are good enough for 1-2 people to stay comfortably, as long as you're only looking for a place to crash. The showers are small, but I was lucky enough to get a handicapped en suite, which was very convenient. The rooms are "suite-style"... More

The residences available (when class is not in session) at Trinity College Dublin are clean and comfortable, if plain. I shared a 4 bedroom "apartment" with my travelling companions and 2 students. There are two toilet and shower rooms--so one must take a key and leave their room. The showers are very small, but the water is hot and plentiful.... More

We stayed as a group of four middle aged chaps on a reunion. The campus is in a great location and close to the Temple Bar area, where we spent most of our time. The reception wasn't the warmest I have ever had - I guess it is staffed by students they haven't had the training of hotels we may... More

Stayed in a block that was easily accessible from both inside campus and outside via security swipe card on street. Three families stayed in our little section. Each family had a double bed and ensuite and we shared the kitchen / common room. Our entire area was private to us and it was great because we had small children who... More
