The Burlington was booked by the tour company for our first night. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room was of average size. I ordered a sandwich in the bar and expressed that I was in an incredible hurry to make my tour, but I still didn't get it in time to eat it before I had... More

Bedrooms were extremely narrow rooms and totally not sound proof! If other guests were talking in the corridor you'd think they were standing right beside you in the room. Very poor value for money. Room service either rings out or engaged and reception no help either.

We stayed at this hotel on Friday the 14th June as we were going to the Robbie Williams concert in the Avia. The check in staff were friendly the bedroom was very clean and the bathroom was spotless. The hotel was nicely located and we were able to walk to the concert and back again no more than a ten... More

The Burlington is a solid hotel, located in quite a nice part of Dublin with good bars and restaurants and comfortable rooms with everything that you would need including free Wi-Fi. Breakfast was Ok, buffet style with plenty of choice. If you want to locate yourself close to Temple Bar this is not the hotel for you but this side... More

Rooms are dated and not as clean as one would expect. Bathroom in very bad conditons (some pics are visible in the dedicated section of the website). Very unfriendly staff. poor breakfast in very chaotic conditions. the reception also looks like a dirty train station. Concierge, nice. Front desk, fake nice. Rooms, clean. Pillows, rocks. Location, not close to city center. I would not go back to this hotel if given the opportunity. Walk to city center is not fun. Bus is better if you can.

I want to like The Burlington. It's convenient for me to stay there. I've stayed there 4-5 times, lengthy stays, over the past three years. I've recommended the place. Julia at the front desk is a gem;, proactive, attentive, concerned, reliable. She seemed to be the only one with a smile on her face. Lots of sour attitude otherwise. Need... More

The Burlington was a great hotel for our triop to Dublin. While agreed it was not a five star hotel, the staff more than made up for that. Our man Tommy Fitzsimone made the start of each day something special. He ensured my aunt and uncle were seated at a lovely table each day and took great care to make... More

Rooms are dated and not as clean as one would expect. TV not working and mini bar not stocked. Staff are not friendly. Too many rooms. Recpetion is chaos and feels more like a train station. Food is below average. You are charged for parking. Outside of Dublin City. Not worth the money, I would suggest the Hampton Hotel which... More

I traveled to Dublin with my husband and we spent two nights at The Burlington during the week from Wednesday to Friday. The exterior of the hotel is weary and date d and unfortunately this continued into the interior of the hotel. The pictures on the website looked nothing like the hotel. The hotel needs a serious overhaul which may... More
