The staff tried very hard but the young lady behind the desk struggled with some very basic tasks. The rooms were very tired and be sure to get a room that doesn't face the very noisy Temple Bar. Just back from an overnight in the Clarence....The staff were excellent but our 'Superior' room was crap..Size wise it was ok but the bathroom was awful.The tiles were absolutely filthy looking and had a really grubby looking bath.
