Stayed here for a week between May 9th and 16th. Airport bus (Airlink) drops you off less than a block away, within a ten minute walk to Grafton Street, Temple Bar, Dublin Castle and Trinity. 15 minute walk (MAX) to Guinness Brewery and the Jameson Distillery. Hotel is not that noisy from the Turks Head bar (unless you are a... More

Stayed at the Paramount on a quick trip before heading back home. Though we were only there for 24 hours I wish it could have been 24 days. Great location. Friendly staff. Cannot go wrong. More

Arrived in Dublin expecting to have a long wait till check in & instead the staff let us check in early at 10.00am for no extra cost. You couldn't ask for a better location, perfectly central and there's a great bar beneath with love music to carry on the partying till 3am. Can get noisy due to the location but... More

If you fly in to Dublin airport, the taxi fare to the hotel is just short of 30Euro's, as a single traveller (and finding out later) It is cheaper to get a 19Euro transfer bus, this ticket is also valid for 2 days for the 'Hop On Hop Off' bus that does the tour of the city and you do... More

We couldn't have wished for a better hotel especially for the price. Stayed two nights and was right in the middle of the action on Temple Bar. It was a little warm in the hotel and realistically on a rugby weekend if you opened the window it was a little noisy but to be honest this only went on for... More

Maybe because it's an old building it sounds like the bed is in the street at night with the noise outside and the vibration of the music from the downstairs club. In the morning the creaky floorboards in the room above were so loud it woke us up. The location and price for the area are great but over the... More

We stayed here for 3 nights and thought the hotel was ideally sited for exploring the whole of Dublin. Pretty much everything we wanted to see was within walking distance or at least easy to get to. However, we had a room overlooking the street (the hotel's own bar and a nightclub). It was very noisy on friday and saturday... More

My partner and I stayed at the Paramount Hotel for 2 nights from 7th-9th April, and had a fantastic time. Location is absolutely ideal for what we wanted...a lively weekend in Dublin. Hotel is located on Parliament St, smack bang in Temple Bar, with plenty of bars, clubs, restaurants and shops within the immediate vicinity. If you want a quiet... More

The 1930s look doesn't mean old or outdated. Rather, the furnishing is elegant and the bedding clean. The room and bathroom spaces are more than adequate for two. There are fresh green apples at the front desk to take. The elevator produces some loud noises but it's still safe. Close to Temple Bar and across from City Hall and Dublin... More
